I was asked for supreme or regular. I had said regular, was charged for a supreme and the kind manager refunded me $3. Once I got home I realized I didn’t get my nachos and that one of my 3 tacos was supper soggy compared to the others. My partner got a cravings box to which the cup of cheese was only coated and not filled like I’ve usually seen them. Chips were also stale & salty which didn’t better the situation lol

I frequent this location at least one a week. The last two weeks I did not receive the full order and wasn't able to check until I was home. First order missing a crunchwrap supreme that I never got and didnt want to go back around because employee was very frustrated by training a new employee and was verbally annoyed, second time missing chips for the chips and cheese, and they gave me an empty to go cup, no cheese at all just an empty cup in the bag. Tonight the cashier did not give me the correct change either, it was rectified once I pointed it out. I will keep going back bc i love taco bell but management needs to aware.Sidenote the pot hole in the drive through is aburd and been going on for two years

Update: Do not eat here. Franchise owner is a greedy mf, prices higher than most other taco bells in the area. Chili cheese burrito is now 3.39, up from 2.99. Value menu items 1.99 at corporate locations are 2.29 here. Red sauce and onions are now 25 cents add ones when they're free at *every other taco bell*, making it impossible to menu hack a bean burrito out of a Cheesy Bean and Rice.THIS LOCATION HAS THE CHILI CHEESE BURRITO

This is the most inconsistent Taco Bell I'm Longmont. I eat here for lunch about once a week and they only get my order right about half the time and it's only made well a fourth of the time. If Taco Bell keeps raising prices and not matching that with good quality, I'm going to stop going here. The workers have always been nice though.

This spot particularly, is unfit to stay open. Employees have not right to hold a job there. They think serving a tortilla with cheese and teaspoon of meat is acceptable. Would not take responsibility for poor service. Whatever "manager" they have working today, sunday, November 5th is a joke. She should be fired immediately. If you can't deal with your own poor work ethic, maybe you shouldn't be in a service field. avoid this place like the plague until they replace their poor excuse for a staff.

Drive thru was quick but they forgot an item in my bag so I had to go inside anyway. The bag I got my food in was ripped and I had to awkwardly carry everything once I got home. Food itself wasn't very hot.
