Somehow this Taco Bell can never see mobile orders through drive thru, but if we come inside they magically could. Has us wait 20 plus minutes for food and always is wrong still. Might be the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Disgusting... That the only word I can say for this food. This location was always the Taco Bell to go to. But the last 3 x I've been here the food is old or over cooked. Use to have to roll up to a line of people. But not now days .... The quality of good sucks!!!!

Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 regular crunchy tacos and the shells were so soggy it’s like they got water dumped on them. No crunch and hardly anything inside. This is t the 1st time I’ve had this experience, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The only thing remotely fresh on their menu is the fountain drinks. It’s like the pre make all their food hours before it’s bought so it’s soggy and gross. Do better Taco Bell. Your nickname Toxic Hell still reigns

Every time I’ve come I get a large fry that they fill less then half full and are always ice cold. I wish I had good things to say about everything else but honestly it’s so apparent how much they don’t give af. Only meat in three bites of the crunch wrap and everything else is 95% lettuce. The soft taco tortilla was crunch and hard on the sides and looked like someone had squeezed it in their hand for fun. Avoid.

There were only two people working in the back, so orders were taking forever (45 minute wait after arriving for an online pickup order). I feel bad for the workers and wonder what happened with management. This and missing items has been a consistent issue. We will be going way out of our way to the south Longmont taco bell in the future.
