Shock. Damn it, would anyone from management come and see all this big horror in this small building? Are you out of your mind??? How is this possible? Filth, restrooms, a kitchen you can see from the cash registers… Service that doesn't exist. Once again: HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I don't understand how this works? Seriously this Taco Bell actually takes pride in their work clearly I’ve been dying here for over two months now I’m an owner of a Smith & Carver Plumbing Heating Drain. The staff here takes really good care of how the food comes out. It’s no joke.

Bought a drink to use the bathroom. The bathroom (paywalled with codes) was full of poop. The other one was occupied but they actually don’t have signs for that just the code so you can walk in on anyone

Employees need to be trained to be more polite and also mobile ordering processes. I went to pick up an online order and stated such at the speaker box but was then asked for a code (which you don’t need for mobile orders) then was told at the window (rudely) I don’t need to give a code for mobile orders (which I’m aware of, he asked me!). Also, they have a wasp problem at their speaker box!!

These guys work hard as hell and do a difficult job. Good on them for fulfilling orders and keeping the place clean. If they make a mistake they will always make it up to you.

Absolutely awful. As a major shareholder in YUM Brands, I’ll stop by locations from time to time. There is a reason why our quarter was not that great. And this is one of those reasons. Do not stop by this location until this situation is fixed

I would love to speak to the store manager or the area coach or even Mr. Alvarado himself cause this store is absolutely disgusting and horrible with service and food. I have worked for multiple taco bells and I didn’t realize it was ok nor acceptable to hand a customer cold nasty nacho fries, a burrito that was requested to be grilled only grilled for 2 seconds before being taken off the grill before the 17 second timer went off, a stacker that was made so sloppy that it literally spilled food all over me, a flatbread that has more of the three cheese blend than chicken in it trying to cover up the fact that yall must be running out of product or your employees just dont care to make your items correctly. Not to mention every single time we have ordered from this particular taco bell EVERY SINGLE TIME at least one of our items is made completely wrong and it almost always happens to be the one that has allergies to what yall made wrong. Not to mention your employees dislike paying attention to front counter for delivery orders and we end up standing there forever before we ever get helped. Could one of yall please contact me and explain why yall store is the worst one out of the entire Longmont region?

Simply asked for cantina chicken taco light sauce. Guess that pissed whoever off cause I got extra sauce and someone straight up punched it. They blamed it on the machine but let’s be real, and I’ve never seen the food just mushed up like this. At least I got a refund. Won’t be coming here for lunch anymore though.
