I am 15 weeks pregnant and this has been one of my biggest cravings. I never go to this location and have never had any issues at any other locations but I went here Saturday 03/29/2025 around 10:30-11:00am. This was the only thing I had this day. I started having all the symptoms of food poisoning around 7:30-8:00pm. I had to go to the ER since I am pregnant. DO NOT COME HERE. It is 2 days later and I am still having issues and am going back into my OBGYN office today.

It's taco bell. It's fine for a taco bell. I have had the best taco bell burritos of my life at this location. I have also had one of the worse taco bell experiences of my life at this location. Overall, they usually get things right and the drive thru is the speed I expect from a drive thru. Sure they might mess up your order but you run that risk literally every time you go to a restaurant. I don't think the risk here is any higher than elsewhere. To err is human.
I am allergic to crayfish. This location doesn't serve crayfish, so I guess they have cockroaches. Disgusting.

Hands down best taco bell. The workers are always super friendly and have a sense of humour. Food always gets out fast I swear these people need a raise 😎😎💖
This place is horrible. I was there tonight I order a taco pack no tomatoes add sour cream. I get home they add extra tomato. No sour cream. I called the manager to complain and she told me that the kitchen staff did nothing wrong that it was the order taker and that I just needed to be understanding. That people makes mistakes I get that people make mistakes all the time but every time I come to this Taco Bell, my order is wrong so come first thing Monday morning. I will be calling corporate to complain about my order and the manager and let me tell you this order cost me $35 for something my family won’t eat. Thanks Taco Bell. I know you can’t do any better than this..

With so many great taco places in this town why even bother. Today was the final straw with me. I ordered the taco and burrito box paid for Supreme got plain. The burritos were to be beefy 5 layer. But was More like bean and cheese. Ripped off again at the drive through. When i called they said come on back. Smh yeah no ill just eat this garbage and just never go here again. Update! Jan 2025 still a garbage store and now managment is mouthy. A beefy 5 layer with them is beans and sour cream apperantly. Go across the street to taco palace.

Placed pick up order at 11 got there at 11:30, order was not ready, that’s okay. Tried to get someone to front desk for 15 mins no would come. Drive through was not that busy. Ultimately cancelled my order through the app and now have to wait 4-6 business days for refund. No one came to front desk. If you place a pick up order you’re better off going through drive thru here. Literally just ordered two tacos and a burrito.
