I ordered fish tacos in the middle of the day and they told me after I asked for Xtra limes, that they were out of limes! I asked what the plan was, like obviously someone is running and grabbing some because a Mexican restaurant without limes is like unheard of and it's the middle of the day so what's the plan and they just said sorry. But like fish tacos without limes?? I ended up having to go to a liquor store and getting some limes for my fish tacos, and I was just very irritated. Edit: I had to come back and edit my review bc I spoke about another situation regarding the carne asada fries which they said was the only thing they had? What?... , but yeah they were FIRE!!! So I had to come edit my review of this place.

The order was wrong (it happens) but the food was barely warm, and the beans tasted like they had just come out of a can. The topping where all globbed into one spot, and everything was plain.

I just waited out side but came inside because their drive thru menu was not lit at night. Waited 5 minutes at their walk up service window and no one came to give me service. Get it together Taco Star!

I've had to edit this, after finishing the food the carni they use has dropped in quality as well mowt or the meat wasn't tender like it used to be super tough some of it was unedablie. I've gone to this place for 9 years and have seen a rapid decline in service and the price. Not only have the carniasda fries gone up by 9 dollars. But when asking for extra salsa for 3 people instead of getting 3 extra of the red and green they gave literally one extra of each. Food still taste good, but the hospitality has dropped significantly and if you use card they upcharge you an extra dollar now this has been changed in the last month of going there. Highly disappointed in this place Would recommend that you go to Taco Palace now if you gonna spend money. It'd be about the same price but they actually season there meat and there red a green sauce is better made

Honestly, don’t know how the food was because I showed up five minutes before them closing at one and they were just standing in the kitchen and wouldn’t take an order as I was waiting at the drive-through. Kind of disheartening since I had good experiences at Other taco stars and this one was one of the more original onescan’t even take a customer’s order. I could see if I pulled up after closing time. Reminds me of that song closing time, but I was there before closing time be better.

I cant believe i haven't tried this place before. The food was hot, fresh, fast and very affordable. We got the nachos which were amazing and enuf for 2 and a simple egg and bacon burrito that was also very good. I wont go to Longmont ever again without eating here. I am telling you this place is better than ur favorite restaurant.

Stopped here tonight for a burrito and bit into a whole toothpick! The burrito tasted good but didn’t feel good about the choking hazard and not sure how a toothpick gets into the burrito??
