Got gross burnt but yet soggy fries in my breakfast burrito, have been going to taco star for over 15 years and have ordered the same thing everytime and this in now the second time its happened, so I go to back and try to explain that its not supposed to be French fries in the Mexican breakfast burrito and some guy rudely tells me its potatoes it shouldn't matter its the same thing and gets my money and throws it at me and tells me not to come back .....absolute horrible customer service and food

Known for the Asada fries. I beg to differ. I've tried several times now and I keep getting the same result. Frustrating that fries are cold and usually under cooked. The meat is usually the only warm part of the meal if you are lucky. The price for poor food is bad

The hours for Sunday when they are open is incorrect. Online says 8am I get up to the window at 8:15am, he says they won't open until another 30 minutes. I told him that I was letting him know that online says 8am and he just told me "okay". Which is fine. I'm just letting everyone else know that their time for Sunday is wrong. They lost at least two customers this morning for it (me and a car infront of me).

First and LAST time we come here. The service was AWFUL. They had no idea what they were talking about. When I ordered I clearly stated what I wanted and they wanted to charge me DOUBLE for what I had ordered when it clearly said on the menu the price was lower. Then I said I didn’t want the food anymore but they had my card cause I said I only wanted to pay for the drink I had already been given and the person at the window asked me why I didn’t want the food and REFUSED to give me my debit card back. I asked for it back several times and was denied my own card back. I had to yell at the person to give it back and he continued to ask me why I didn’t want the food and that “it was already made” so I had to pay for it. First off I don’t have to pay for anything I didn’t want especially when being over charged and second that is my personal property. I had to threaten to call the cops to get my card back. After arguing for a while for my card back the man at the window told us “don’t order stuff you don’t want next time” and slammed the window shut like a dummy. Acting like an immature child throwing a tantrum like a 4 year old. It was so embarrassing for the two men at the window. This happened around 6:20 PM on 12/9/2023. Whoever those men were, grow up and learn some professionalism. I will be taking this complaint to higher up and see what we can do about it.

This place sucks beyond believe the MF’S that work there don’t even have manners to greet you or say thank you this place deserves a 1/4 star not even half a star….

Asked for a special order which had been ordered before without any issues and they charged us an extra $6 which is ridiculous because their food is mediocre anyways. Then asked for salsa and got the two tiniest containers for the entire meal and THEN when we tried to catch the worker in the window with the long girlish ponytail, he quickly closed the window in our face. Then walked away and ignored our small tap on the window. We have never had such bad customer service like this before. My advice taco star, add a small (SMALL) surcharge if need be but ditch your rude worker if you want to keep any business.

They went from bad to worse!! Not only do I have to wait over 30+ minutes on line for me to get food, but the food always comes out tasting bad, or the portions are small for the amount of money that they charge for the food. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.If you want carne asada fries or any other food that is better than this Cr@pGo to Taco Palace in sheridan by chick-fil- a, they sell way better portion, cheaper & delicious food.
