Tacos Don Jose’s has completely ruined all other breakfast burritos for me, because nothing compares. This is the spot. I will never go anywhere else. If you haven’t tried Tacos Don Jose’s breakfast burritos, you are seriously missing out. This place is a gem.

Great time inside the store. I wasn’t there for long and the the cashier and workers made sure my order was actually correct before charging me. The tortillas or pretty good nothin special but the salsas are amazing pair for these great tacos. I got the carne asada and it can definitely rival other taco shops in the area. The horchata is some of the best I’ve had in Longmont on this side of town atleast. Not too cinnamony not too milky just right and great prices will definitely be coming again

We absolutely LOVE the food! It is incredibly flavorful as well as addicting! Our favorites are the green salsa, pork green chili, rice, beans and the tortillas! We come every week! Kim is so nice and knows our order! Great service from all!

Enchiladas were very good with fresh veggies in top! I called in two meals to go and they were ready quickly. I didn’t have a chance to snap a pic of my husbands torta, as he ate it too quickly.
