There's no shortage of Mexican restaurants in Longmont, but this has quickly become my go-to spot. I absolutely love the cabeza. When I tried the chicken it unfortunately wasn't great, but they do everything else so well that I wouldn't take points off for it.
One of the best Mexican restaurants in Longmont! You have to check it out.Smothered chicken burrito is 10/10 ?
They also own a taco truck down the street. The restaurant was very clean and big. The tacos are the best! Very delicious. Definitely recommend trying their food.
I had previously been to the taco truck and love their food so we decided to try out their restaurant and it was amazing! We are always in search of the best tacos and this is it! Tripa tacos were amazing and the asada tortas were delicious! The aqua de horchata is a must! We will be back!
This place isn’t a food truck any more. Lots of reviews mention it but it’s in a sore front down town now. I got Al pastor and Birria tacos. They are amazing. Will go back. Got take out.
This is my favorite taco place in the area. I particularly love the carne asada fries and the al pastor tacos. I'll say that the carne asada fries are sometimes a little inconsistent (varying amounts of meat/toppings, but rarely too little, sometimes just gifted with a lot :) ) All the employees are so nice!
We went and only had street tacos for a quick snack and we were very pleasantly surprised. From the outside it doesn't look overwhelmingly awesome, however the service was wonderful and the food was great. definitely going back soon to try a proper meal :)
First time going to GTO and it was nothing short of amazing. Food is awesome, horchata is perfect! Light traffic im assuming since not many people know about their new location! Service was great as well ? will certainly be back! #carneasadafries
Wow - sorry Jefes - these are some of the most authentic and tasty tacos I’ve had in Boulder/Longmont. I had the Barbacoa, Asada, Chorizo and the El pastor. All were soo good. Served with red or green salsa and a little roasted jalapeño that provides all the additional heat you can handle. Tacos were like $2 each! Sadly there weren’t many people here on a Sunday afternoon. Keep this place alive Longmont!
Not the restaurant experience I was hoping for. You walk up to a very limited menu to order then they bring your food to you. The nachos had very little meat and flavor. My husband said the refried beans were bad, he didn't even eat them. The horchata was very thick with too much cinnamon, we had to water them down to tolerate drinking them.

The place is amazing, food was perfect. The Horchata is delicious. Great Customer service. The food is the most Authentic I've had so far here in Colorado. La recomiendo.
Really, really bad! My wife called it "dog food". Two adults and two teenagers ate for $35 but the food was amazingly bad.Carnitas were bottom-of-the-barrel, fatty and burnt. Guac was yogurt-y and curdling on the plate (more yogurt than avacado). Everything was greasy. Bacon-wrapped shrimp was tiny and rubbery. Fries were undercooked and no cheese on the nachos or the cheese fries.Don't waste your time here. Go anywhere else.
The Fajitas were excellent. Everyone in our party left happy.
