Worst tacos in Longmont for sure. Salsa was watered down. Ordered Trips and buche tacos. Cold and rubbery and even cooked all the way. First and last time for sure.

It's not like before today we ordered some and they came out different
This taco truck is in front of the restaurant where one can go inside and eat. I ordered the papa con Carne jalisco and a coke for $22. The salsas and napkins are inside the restaurant. You get them yourself.

I'm so glad we found this food truck. Their food was so delicious. Portions were very generous, and they had an indoor space with tables and bathrooms. Service was excellent. We will be back!

Quesabirria and tortas are delicious. Super nice people too. We also like their horchata.
These tacos have the potential to be the best in Longmont but for some reason the barbacoa, birria, suadero and carnitas tacos all have a really weird taste to them, almost as if the water they use for them soaks into the meat. The asada and tripa and pastor don’t have this taste and are great. Really hope they fix it because they have the potential to be the best. Their salsas are also very good!
