I had the tacos al pastor and tripita. Both were awesome. The al pastor had a hint of the pineapple sweetness! The only thing I would change is the salsa. It was ok. Add a salsa guacamole.
I tried them for the first time this weekend, they were friendly and the food was really good. We tried the tacos and last minute I added a gordita de rajas con queso and it was the best one I’ve had in years.
I am Mexican who is on vacation in Longmont and I can tell you that this place sells food with Mexican flavor and cuisine (NOT TEX-MEX!) which was a pleasant surprise for me since I have found places that only have Mexican name. My friend and I ate Consome con carne (Birria), carnitas cake, as well as asada and chicken tacos; Everything tasted good, the service was excellent (they were very friendly) and I think the price is between or below US standards.
