There being an abundance of taco truck in Longmont, there's plenty of options for various palettes and preferences, I recently tried this lunch truck which I would consider quite authentic.The service was great, was quite welcoming and friendly, food didn't take long.The location may be a bit easy to miss or difficult to get in if heading northbound and there's oncoming traffic being quite close to intersection. Fantastic! Quick service, friendly, great prices, tacos came out piping hot & delicious. They definitely deserve more recognition & reviews. I got three tacos, all tasty. They offered green salsa on the side, which had just the right level of spice.1 Asada (definitely my favorite)1 Pollo1 chorizo
