When I first looked at the carnitas I didn’t realize I was looking at actual pork shoulders- BOTH OF THEM! Jk.. but It was not some shredded tiny bites, but a real chunks of meat. Tender with just a bit of crisp on the surface. Inside has a great atmosphere- pleasant, quiet enough to hear conversations. Located downtown.

Service was good, and the place itself is clean, but the food left a bit to be desired. This is more like what you'd find in Boulder, ie hipster type Mexican, and not authentic or more traditional. This place personally isn't for me. Flavor was either too out there, or bland. Should have stuck to jefes down the street....
Love this place is a great addition to the downtown Longmont restaurant scene. Food and drinks are outstanding and the service is always wonderful. If you get a chance to stop in do so.
