Good service, good food. I had salmon and it came with a delicious sauce.

I am a Veteran and was given a coupon on Veteran's Day for a special meal to honor our service. I used it on Monday, November 24th. Everything was top notch. Our food, our service and the restaurant were excellent. The Fort Collins restaurant really knows how to treat all of their customers, including Vets.

Great place to get a Good Steak Only on weekdays !
Forget the Weekends! Cannot get a Medium steak to save your LIFE , seems like the grill is underperforming during the surge of People

The food was really good. The place was not packed that evening, but they still stuck us way back in a corner in a two seater table. Unnecessarily waitress was very polite at tentative to our needs.

Standard Texas Roadhouse, but that's no bad thing. I guess consistency is key for chains like this. The 3 steaks we ordered were all cooked exactly as requested. Service was fast and attentive. It feels like we should have spent longer there. We weren't rushed, as such, but the general pace of the place isn't conducive to just relaxing and hanging out, but that's what you get and should expect

Predictably good food; always good service; sometimes loud inside.
The rolls are divine. (Did you know you can order a dozen to go?)
Restaurant can be busy at dinner so expect a short wait (and maybe check the bar top for seating options).
Chicken critters, filet, grilled shrimp are all good options!

The food was perfect, had the smothered chicken literally melted in my mouth, Madeline was so friendly and made my daughter's day for her birthday, she was training a new employee and she was very friendly as well, I don't normally do reviews but I couldn't but to leave one..

First time being there it was a whole different world I got to tell you , sitting at the bar and I see this guy next to me that has a delicious looking macaroni and cheese it looks very good so on top of everything that I ordered I was like yes let me have some of that when it came it was so dry, I just looked at the waitress and I looked at the food and I was just like okay I thought it was kind of crappy that I got dry ice macaroni and cheese but whatever, was served the cosmopolitan I asked for a martini, which I was thinking vodka and vermouth they gave me a cosmopolitan that's fine, but anyways so, but I would like to say that I know that all places are not equal, I was told that fort Collins has a really good Texas Roadhouse, I am eager to go try them and see if they are just as good or better, just want to say first impressions are the most important, however I need to say and include this, the prime rib was like butter, and mistake that I had what's good, not great but good loaded baked potato, I wish what I had what was considered or what is considered a loaded baked potato just adding cheese on that doesn't suffice anyways you live and you learn, play overall it was an experience.
