We went with 4 people including me and first they forgot our salad then said there out of most the stuff After that we got served a GREEN FRY??? we left and u had a very upset stomach. This wasn't the best....

When you ask for tables for more people and they are on their way, they simply make you wait at the entrance and you cannot consume anything until the rest of the group arrives, it is the only thing that always makes me uncomfortable. The food is excellent ?

We had the worst meal at this Roadhouse that we have ever had. We eat here twice a month and have always had great food. The service was excellent but our meal was not. The salmon was very dry and overcooked. My sirloin steak was barely medium (closer to well done) but the real issue was it seemed to be an end cut and was tough and had a thick cooked layer over the entire thing. Thank goodness for ketchup!! The manager asked if the food was ok and I do not like to complain in public like I am looking for a free meal. Something has changed as we have eaten here dozens of times and always gotten a great meal.

Won't eat at this Texas Roadhouse ever again. Showed up and told Gabby party of 4 and she said we couldn't be seated or put on the waiting list until the rest of our party showed up. Even though there wasn't a wait at first. Couldn't even sit us to start with drinks or an appetizers. So we left because they were seating incomplete parties after we got there.Won't go anymore the rolls aren't worth the unwritten policy only enforced when they want too.

Worst service ever. Our server forgot to put our order in. When we finally got our dinner,my steak wasn't done correct. My husband finished his dinner before I got mine. I ended up taking my food home. The server didn't even offer to bring the manager over. I spoke to someone when we were leaving. We did receive a $30. Coupon for 2 dinners. That really doesn't pay for 2 steaks. We received 2 coupons but we couldn't use both at the same time.We always enjoyed going there. But I'm not sure if we will be back

The last two times I've been to Texas Roadhouse have been less than enjoyable.First, I have to say the employees were very nice both times.Second, they now have the music SO loud that I could barely hear the other people in my party sitting at the same table, honestly if they would just drop the music level down just a little it would not be so very loud in there, people would not need to be nearly shouting.Third, the last time I was there, I had been looking forward to the ribs for the last week, I ordered the ribs, nope, they were already out of ribs, WHAT! Not even 8 p.m. yet! REALLY! Extreamly disappointing, so I ordered something else, I can't remember what, not something that I really wanted, but I had to eat, nope, that was gone too, so I ended up with a chicken fried steak, a little tough, kind of stringy, not the greatest, but ok.Fourth, we were on the online wait list for 7:15, but it still took over 20 minutes to be seated, but still why would they be ALREADY out of ribs and other things even before 8:00?I highly recommend going online and putting your name on the wait list because who knows how long you will have to wait if you don't.Fifth, the previous trip to Texas Roadhouse, thankfully the music was not so ear blasting loud, but I had ordered a steak, it was half fat, and the rest was mostly gristle, the Manager came out to apologize because it was so bad, we were looking at the steak and they said, I'm not even sure how this even got past the cooks, it should have never even been plated, they brought me some ribs, which was when I fell in love with their ribs.So, all in all, I, sadly, doubt I'll be going back there any time soon.

Have been dispointed three times now from the Texas Roadhouse.overdone Prime Rib, pathetic staff has not been trained, and an attitude of no caring. I will never come here again. It all starts with Management. I have never had this issue before with a Texas Roadhouse. You guys

This location has always been a fantastic steak house. Dana makes the bar run like clockwork, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Food is always cooked correctly, to order. Steak, chicken, ribs, shrimp; doesn't matter it comes out as you expect it to. I've seen 1-2 people have issues with plates over the course of 5 years, however I personally have never had an issue. The people that did have issues, had it quickly resolved.
