Stayed there to go to a wedding in Longmont. We ordered two Ubers and they never showed up and/or cancelled for some unknown reason. It was pouring rain and we were about to miss our niece's wedding. One of the employees at the front desk, Drew actually drove us to the wedding. My husband tried to pay him and he would not accept payment. We made it to the wedding on time. Thank you Drew!!!

I have been staying at Marriott properties including Courtyard Longmont-Boulder for a couple of decades now. This was the worst experience ever. The patio was filled with wasps and my room and bed were full of bugs (I even caught live, crawling bugs and brought it to the front desk). I brought it to their attention on the second day of my stay and apparently nothing was done. By the 3rd-4th day, I had rashes all over my body. The front-desk offered "free breakfast" as compensation but wouldn't change the room so I spent the last night on the chair as I couldn't dare to get in that bugs-infested bed. Just a horrible stay.

I want to express the amazing experience I had at the courtyard Marriott. I am a long time Marriott guest and by far I had the greatest experience. I reached out to them to inform them that my wife and I were in town for her High school reunion as well it happen to be her birthday weekend. This staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by giving us a great upgrade and provided a surprise in our room for her her birthday. The staff is so kind and friendly and I would always stay here when I am in town. You can’t go wrong booking here! Thank you Courtyard staff!

Stayed for a friends wedding. The rooms are really nice, great beds, big TV. The bar in the lobby was a lot of fun, the ladies working were friendly. We had a big group of friends and family and they made us feel welcome.

We Booked 3 rooms, 3 months ago. Arrived at check in time and we were told they were over booked and sent us to a cheaper hotel down the block. Front desk person was rude when telling us the situation. And became snarky when we asked questions. The situation was handled so poorly, it was disappointing to experience such terrible customer service.

My top scene for american food. You won't be disappointed in the menu and service. Definitely worth a return trip. Prices were average for the menu. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

First off, the staff were amazing. Really liked their friendliness. Room 101 was huge. The only issue I had was the room smelled liked an old folks home. I ate everyday at the bistro. Great food. I will stay here again.

After arriving late at night (around midnight) following an all day road trip sprint from Phoenix, we were disappointed to find that the key we were given did not work to gain initial entry to our room. My wife went to get the keys re-keyed while the kids and I waited quietly in the hallway. After finding that the re-keyed keys did not work for us either. My wife went to get the front desk manager to assist. It turns out that there is a special card that hotel service personnel can use to "restrict access" to a room so that it cannot be accessed even with a valid customer key card. The explanation that we got was that the maid service must have used their card accidentally to restrict access to the room. Once the manager used his card to undo the "restrict access" lock to our room, we were able to get settled in for the night. We weren't offered anything to compensate for the inconvenience, which is fine, but the manager did apologize for us having to wait and make several trips to the front desk. The hotel staff was friendly, they recognized our Platinum status, and offered a gift to match our Platinum rewards level. Overall it was a very nice place to stay and we learned a lot about how electronic key locks work at hotels.

We had three hotel options provided to us by my cousin, the bride, for her weekend wedding near Longmont. Because this hotel had a cheaper rate with AAA and because the wedding party was staying here, I chose this one, but soon realized my mistake and wished I would've stayed directly next door where some of my other family members stayed. Upon arriving and checking in about 20 minutes after the normal check-in time, I was told there were two rooms available: one on the first floor and one on the second floor. I asked if there was a difference between the two like for example if one is quieter or anything and I was told there was not so I opted for the first floor to be able to come and go quicker. As soon as we get in our room and start unpacking, we quickly understand it is a handicap room. Why didn't the front desk staff mention this when I asked if there was a difference between the two available rooms (unless of course they were both handicap rooms)? My husband and I are both super tall, so having the really low nightstands and dresser was annoying not to mention a really small bathroom with a tiny shower that had an adjustable shower head that was difficult for us to move up high enough for us to stand and be able to wash our hair. And then, because there was no tub, the water got all over the bathroom floor each time we showered so we were walking with wet feet all the time. Also, the room must not have been used or cleaned in a while because in the bathroom there was a rather large cobweb with a dead spider stuck in it that we had to dispose of. These rooms are also not soundproof at all. Each morning we were awakened by several people in the lobby talking and eating breakfast as well as people in the floor above us stomping around. The bed was not very comfortable and the blanket was very thin. On our last morning before checking out and leaving for the airport, I ordered us two of the same breakfasts and I specifically said "I need TWO of the..." We received ONE breakfast. So my husband told the staff of the error and she started to make the other breakfast, which is fine, but now as my husband is standing there waiting for his breakfast he is losing precious time when he needed to be finishing his packing. There was no offered discount or waiving the cost of the second breakfast for their error. I would not stay here again.

Hotel itself was worth a 4 star review, everything was fantastic but their pillows need a refresh, if it wasn't for brooke and kaylee and the hispanic ladies that took care of my breakfast every morning it would have been a 4 star review, but the above mentioned people carried it well beyond a 5 star review, lovely team with great service and a level of humanity you dont often see in corporate chains of hotels! Would definantly stay here again just because of them! -Jim

We stay almost exclusively at Marriott properties and just returned from the Longmont Courtyard where we stayed for 5 nights. First, not all Marriotts are the same. This particular Courtyard did not give us complementary water when we arrived, which we always receive when we stay in Boulder. The level of cleanliness was a huge problem. Out of 5 nights, we received no housekeeping or poor housekeeping on 3 of the nights. We brought this to the attention of management and they only could send maintenance staff to bring clean towels and empty garbage. At the Bistro each morning the cream containers were empty. The hallways had not been vacuumed the entire time we were there and small trash remained on the carpets. The phone in the room had pre-set buttons to call front desk, housekeeping, etc., which did not work. No ice on the bottom floor, which required you to go upstairs. Staff was very pleasant but this Marriott needs help! Will not stay here again!

The bartender there, Simon is the best! Fast, eager to please, and nice.
