Fave new place to eat in Longmont! We had their ramen and tuna poke bowl and both were absolutely delicious. Plan to eat here frequently. Check it out!

Casual dining tasting like home cooking as delicious as fine dining. Thank you for a most scrumptious meal😻 also.. I got everything I could’ve possibly wanted and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend!

Hands down best ramen in Longmont. Very rich flavors. Reminds me of bomb places in New York. Unique little spot that always has the best food shows on the TV and feels like an absolute hidden gem. 100% go herešŸ‘Black garlic tonkatsu ramen is where it's at.

Such a cute fun vibe this place has. Asian food is my comfort food and this place does not disappoint. The Bomb. Food service, vibe. The Bomb’s Mom made the chopstick lady. Overall this experience improved kind of a rough day. I plan to be regular.

Passed this place many times, glad we finally decided to stop in! Food was incredible. We had Tonkatsu and Black Tonkatsu as well as a couple of appetizers. Everything was extra delicious and cooked to perfection. The pork belly was definitely the star of the show. Can't recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of eating here today, and I was pleasantly surprised! I had the Katsudon Donburi and the restaurant to myself. The pork was a very slight bit over but was still rich, moist, and flavorful. The crusting was crunchy except where the little red picked peppers were, and it was sat on a scrambled egg with onion, on top of some steamed rice. Some dipping sauce would have been nice but maybe that's not how it's served in Japan. However, every bit of the food was flavorful, and pretty. The Japanese imported beer was also very nice, yuzu and sansho pepper. It's never heard of the brand so I tried it and was rewarded with a subtle pepper flavor and then sweet yuzu. Very interesting.

Stop by when you want to feel like your family made you dinner. The service was polite, sincere, and very warm. At one point the cook came out to connect with everyoneand made sure everyone was enjoying their meal. Their menu is short at first glance, but immensely satisfying and I will certainly be back with friends.
