Best ramen ever!! Like someone said, better than Bay Area and I lived in Bay Area for more than 20 years, ate best ramen there! Their char siu is awesome and the cream puff just like my childhood memory what cream puff supposed to be!

They are very lightly staffed. Servers helping out with cooking. Service not the quickest, but nice to see everyone pitching in. Ramen quite good. The octopus appetizer seemed to have raw batter, but was tasty and we ate it. Poke bowl also good. Everything a little salty. By the way, the receipt comes through under the name of the Thai restaurant that used to operate out of this space. Surcharge of 18% for large tables and 4% for cc payments.

Very cool little restaurant (I do mean little, during winter when there isn't outdoor seating there are six tables). Extremely good ramen, apps and sides are excellent too. I recommend the Spicy Miso Ramen and Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen.

Pros: Service was great. She was prompt and very helpful. If you have cash then you get a cash discount. The gyoza were really good imo.Cons: The shrimp tempura was decent. I prefer a lighter breading on the shrimp. I got 4 and the small salad was less than fresh. Lots of wilted pieces. My miso soup was pretty watered down and not a lot of flavor. They were out of a few food items like the Kaarage which I would've loved to try.

Ramen was decent but overpriced and bland. The fried chicken was over done/too much breading and chewy. It's ok but it's mostly Ramen on the menu, mostly pork and overpriced by a lot. There's not alcohol and it's just kind of "ok" simple. If you want authentic Ramen this is the place but it is pricey for what you get.

my partner and I ate at this lovely place for the first time last night. I was really struck by the cleanliness of the tables, dishes, and utensil. this makes such a difference in my overall experience! The food was delicious, very flavourful and not greasy. We loved everything that we ordered and thought the dining experience was cozy and relaxing. We will certainly come back!!! Bonus: we appreciated accommodations for cooked tuna and meeging two dishes

We had a friend come in from out of town for a bit of a ski trip. Tonight was our last night and he was excited to see some of the cool places Longmont had to offer. We proposed a few options like The Roost or Westside Tavern. He was a bit dehydrated and asked if there was somewhere that had a good soup. We weren't sure but ended up finding this place with an astonishing 200+ reviews and 4.7 stars! From the reviews we saw, the artsy logo, stylish interior we were excited to say the least and ended up getting a group together to tryout Longmont's top rated ramen shop.As we entered we were greeted by a polite waitress who complemented us and asked us to sit wherever we would like. We were the only ones in the restaurant but we didn't find this that unusual for a Sunday night. We ended up getting some takoyaki as an appetizer and they came out on a bed of cabbage and covered in hoisin sauce and each got a dollop of Japanese mayonnaise. They had forgotten to bring us plates but it was alright as takoyaki is only about a bite each anyway. These were packed with flavor as you could imagine from anything covered in hoisin and mayo. Along with our appetizer we each got a ramen and they were not good. The pork on top was nice and had a bit of a char to it but not dry. There was half a seasoned egg in each they were a little overcooked but I think the issue was more that they were still cold and it cooled down the broth. The broth itself was just watery and the noodles were overcooked as well.None of us ended up finishing the dishes despite having not eaten since the morning. We left feeling a bit awkward and hungry and ended up getting some Taco Palace before we left for the airport. After further exploring some of the other reviews I believe the restaurant is aware of the issues and is working on it to try and improve. Overall I think they have a lot of potential and hopefully I can update this review after my next time there.

The reason I gave only one star is that our ramen soup broth was lukewarm. ? Also our food came out so late too. Our ramen wasn't served until the table that came later than us had finished eating. The young female server was polite. But that was it. She never once came and asked how our food tasted until we had finished. The restaurant was small and cute. But For the price of $100 with the tip, the food quality and service were very poor.Of course I won't go to this restaurant again.Additionally, if you pay with a card, you will be charged a 4% fee.Just pay with cash if you can.

The soup was crazy watery, it was like they cut one packet of ramen 5 ways to make our soups. My friends eggs were cold. The appetizer was ok. Idk how people are giving this place 4/5 stars. I kinda wish I would had said something I wish I didn’t waste my money on this.

Service was sorta ok. The eggs in my ramen (I paid for an extra one) were cold, like they came out of the fridge but were never warmed up. The broth wasn't very hot either, it was watery like it was made from a little packet insta noodle . I feel like it was a bad night for them that's why I didn't give them 1 star. Kinda want me money refunded for the ramen. The appetizer was fine
