Great butcher! Lots of cuts and some amazing sausages. Can tell they take pride in their meats. Best sandwiches in the area as well. I stop in all the time

Very solid food, good service as well. It's a great place to get a quick bite. We only had breakfast but can confirm: breakfast burrito and build-your-own breakfast sando were super legit.

Good food, quality meats. I like when they have the Cajun guy with the food truck. He has great cajun food.
Had the Reuben and dill potato salad. Was fantastic. Excellent place to stop in.
Beware! They charge for credit card use.

Walked in, and it smelled like bleach. So bad I could not breathing and I was coughing. I ordered the meal. The Reuben sandwich and when I got it, I was surprised that it was only about 4 bites of potato salad and my bread was not toasted. The meat was cold. The whole sandwich was like room temperature, not very good. I also got a lemon bar and when she put it in the bag, it got smashed and broken in half.

Where to start, started at the butcher side ended up eating the lunch. Very laid back quick comfort food prepared from the butcher shop products. Half order of biscuits and gravy for a little over $5 was incredible, house spicy sausage was perfect. Nice staff and clean. Ditch the diner and try the Merc! Pies and pastries too. You just need to check it out for yourselves.

Came here for breakfast, and while it took a bit to get the food (they have a small operation), my biscuit and gravy plate was 10/10. Everything was cooked and seasoned well, and the girl who helped us was very sweet. There’s a butcher shop and lots of kitchen goods. The space is pretty neat but they could play music to add some vibe. I will be back to try their sandwiches!

Neat restaurant/butcher/deli combo restaurant near at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Colorado Highway 66. Family-friendly, casual atmosphere and an airy, open-floor layout. Butcher case and BBQ supplies are in a separate area in the back of the restaurant. Plenty of free parking in the lot outside and wheelchair friendly layout. Recommended.
