Absolutely delightful! Get the chicken and waffles! The gravy, the honey butter wonderful combination of flavors! And the delightful sweet lady serving our lunch was absolutely the topping of all. Absolutely made multiple trips to make sure we have everything we needed including our water pitcher full.

Fabulous fried chicken ? and among the best in the state, as recommended by a local and his friend from Nashville.Grilled chicken is superb. Chicken thighs are delicious and perfectly prepared. Local brewed beer to top it off makes it a 10/10 IMHOKid-friendliness: Children's menu are huge for our kids (4 and 8) they could hardly finish half. Chocolate chip cookie was much loved. Side dishes are wasted on them.

Every single time I walk through the door at the Post, I am transported to a magical place & time. I am always warmly greeted and feel invited in. I wish I could say I had a favorite server but every single person that works there is exceptional. No matter what I order it is always the best I’ve ever had. Last night was certainly not different. I am kind of selfish about my secret little feel good spot. I like to go there alone. Last night I wanted to treat someone special to my secret spot. He had been wanting to try it for awhile. We had the chicken thigh fries, the post salad, chicken sandwiches, and OMG the desert!!! There is not a single aspect of our dining experience that could have been better. Thank you again The Post for such a wonderful evening. You all are simply the best!!!

It was OK. About what I would expect from a chili's or Ruby Tuesday. I feel it used to be much better. Got the gochujang chicken sandwich and the bun was obviously old (dry and stale), and the chicken was even dry! Its a fried chicken place! Deviled eggs were awesome, fried cauliflower has been better (soggy). Seems like they aren't trying too hard anymore.

Best craft brew I've had live in CO in 2024.The Western Pilsner is that, dry, savory, with a tang and Salz hops. Truly the American West in a Glass.The various chicken dishes from the soup to the Fried Chicken Thigh Fries are the very best I've had without being merely salty.LGBT-friendly also! Bring your pals, your thursty-ness, and be hungry! Ultra swell hosting folks.Going to try other Post locales to check it up and owt!
