This place is awesome. I got the blue pasta and have been hooked since. The atmosphere is awesome as well. I've had the ahi app as well. Strange but I enjoyed it. I also had the cocktail with pop rocks and it was spectacular. Balanced and delicious

The fish look boiled, my Cuban sandwich was just not my cup of tea. I didn’t eat it. I told the server to give me a box so I could take it home and feed it to the chickens. They ate it. My salad was palatable. I won’t be spending that kind of money for food. I’m not going to eat again.

My recent visit to The Roost was nothing short of fantastic! Our server, Kaliah, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The Ahi Poke Bowl was absolutely phenomenal—fresh and flavorful. The Steak Frites were perfectly cooked and delicious. To top it all off, the lemon tartlet was to die for, the perfect blend of tart and sweet. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for exceptional food and excellent service!

My 1st time eating here. I was looking for vegetarian options and they had some good choices. The brussel sprouts and truffle fries were fab. I love thw flavor of the tomato soup. My daughter had the the lamb gyro. Only complaint was she wished she had another pita bread.

My first and likely last time here. Overpriced food, and our waiter left us high and dry with no refills on our soda multiple times. We had to keep flagging him down. Don't get the curry entree if you have had "real" curry. This place is just not all that.
Service was not good. We did get our irder taken fairly quickly and it came out pretty quickly. Nobody checked on us after we got or food. We did get a water refill after we finished eating. Food was OK, very bland, I would have loved some salt and pepper but couldn't get any. Not worth the price.

This 8th generation native misses Longmont and Boulder immensely I’m on the East Coast in Virginia 19 years it’s his home. I’m hoping we can move back one day. Your food looks beautiful.

Ordered online for pick up. One item was for someone with a gluten allergy, and the online menu wasn't clear what was GF or not. Included a note to let us know if what we ordered wasn't GF. Received a call a few minutes after ordering that the sauce on the beef short rib wasn't GF but gave suggestions for substitutions. REALLY appreciated that after eating at some restaurants that don't seem as aware and ending up not feeling great after. All the food we ordered was delicious (chicken burrito bowl and beef short rib with rib eye sauce instead of demi glace) and it was ready quickly. We'll be back!
