We had dinner & drinks Sat 8/23/25 at The Roost bar & restaurant in the creative & historic district of Longmont, CO. Big & boisterous place with bar, two dining areas & an outdoor deck in back. \n We sat at the bar and were immediately acknowledged by the bartender, "PM M"? (no name given). We ordered our first drinks, local Left Hand Milk Stout ($7.50) & Pinot Grigio ($9) while looking over the menu. Dinner drinks were the local Dale's...

The food was fantastic and the server made us feel like we chose the best things every time. We ate inside but there was plenty of fresh air since the windows to the street were open.

Perfect American style. I love this kind of restaurant/ pub. I had a dinner with a colleague trying different things and everything was very good. I suggest to go there if you visit US
