The Twisted Noodle

I haven't been here since the ownership and the name change. I was really happy with what I ordered. Spicy tomato and mushroom pasta. It wasn't too spicy and it was full of flavor. I didn't need to add any extra cheese, salt, pepper or anything.I love that you can see them cooking in the back so you know it's fresh. The staff was really friendly. The chef brought out the food and he was really polite even though he was extremely busy! They also do pre-order so you don't have to wait long for lunch if you have to come and grab and go and it seems like they had a really great system going. I will return and try something different next time!

This is becoming a regular spot of mine. I am in love with the zuppa & Gnocchi soup with half a french baguette. On my chest days I get the Italian sloppy joe! It's amazing. The girls that work there are beautiful and extremely kind souls. Love this place!

Great staff but the pesto tortellini I ordered last night was a bad excuse for pasta. Very sour and uninviting. We couldn’t eat more than two bites of it. Based on reviews, seems we may have picked the worst item on the menu…

Love this place! The sausage and tortellini is my favorite (minus the peas lol). Tiramisu is good too. Sad they had to close the Ft Collins location but we drive down to Longmont just to eat here ? Highly recommend

We just had the Mushroom Ravioli Alfredo and the seasonal loaded garlic bread with spiced apple and butternut squash. The meal was SO GOOD!! Bummed the Fort Collins and Loveland locations have closed but worth it if in the Longmont area.

The Taste of gourmet food, with the price of fast food. Amazing. Best pasta in town. Best price in town. Great server and nice people. Made my friend (that eats usually two bites of food) eat his whole plate. Will come back 100 percent.

The flavors of this place and the variety of menu of authentic tasting Italian food is truly mesmerizing this place is a genius concept they serve Italian with the highest quality in a rather quick setting I highly recommend this place like I said their dishes are extremely delicious

The twisted noodle is truly the best pasta restaurant I’ve ever had in Colorado. The service is spectacular let alone the mouth watering pasta dishes, bread, and the desserts! I came in today with Apple Pay not knowing they do not accept it, I only have $25 in cash and Silvia seriously took out of her own tips to pay the rest. I’m so blessed to have had her do that. I will definitely be back like always.

The food here is always so delicious, it's such a delight to visit. However, the service is amazing! Leslie was so friendly and helpful!

Delish, casual and unassuming pasta and salad dishes these folks have great food! Wonderful for take out, or a casual, quiet place. The homemade goodness is in all their food - even dessert.

Such friendly service and amazing food.

We are not from this area so we like to try new stuff. We were absolutely pleasantly surprised. The food was terrific. Even my 10 and 8 year old ate all of their food which means it was good!

We had Anthony at the Twisted Noodle cater a small gathering for us. Everyone loved the food and it was delivered promptly and there was plenty of food even though we had more people show up than expected. I also felt their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
