Every other time I have been in, things have been decent. Not today. When walking in there was no one at the register, and no employees greeted me upon entering. I was met with stares from the employees and I had to wait a few minutes for someone to attend the register. After placing my order I grabbed my drink and sat down. I observed a family of 6 ordering meals for dine in and they took a seat after as well. 20 minutes went by and I still did not receive my order which was one sushi bento box, but I saw that there was a platter of dine in plates being taken out to this family before I even received my ordered. I walked up to the front to ask what was going on and instead of an employee asking what they could help with, I instead had my bag of food handed straight to my face with no word, I mentioned my frustration and walked out. Upon looking at my meal, the sushi was made extremely sloppy and they forgot the sauce that went with the meal. Therefore I had to drive all the way back to just grab the sauce that should’ve been with my meal in the first place. I feel the entire team needs to be coached on customer service & taking care of the customer properly, in a timely manner.

Ordered Nikko salad many times. Got home with one tonight. Smallest salad I have ever seen. Drove back and asked the front counter about the size and he told me that is normal. I will never go back to lonngmont

This place is really good! It's okay a little expensive. Tables were kinda sticky. The service was within 10 minutes this time. It's really good though!!!

The last two times we’ve been we’ve had the same guy making our order and both times he forgot the avocado in our dish, and he was giving my wife (we’re gay for context) and I weird looks and was weirdly confrontational about whether or not we were dining in despite not the being the one at the register taking our order. Probably won’t be going to this location again

Kids are in town this week so we have been hitting old haunts. This place has many choices although I usually stick to the same general build a bowl with peanut sauce. Place was clean, people were friendly, service was quick and we had a great lunch.

This used to be my favorite restaurant to pick up a healthy meal. I've been eating here for years. But they've messed up 3 out of the 4 of my most recent orders. They've tried to make it right each time. Staff is nice. But its just too many screw ups. Also I ordered a large veggie bowl which I assumed would give me more veggies than the smaller size.It was just a ton more rice. Like 3/4 of the bowl.Even two containers of curry wasn't enough to penetrate the huge heap of rice.I ate the small amount of vegetables and tossed the majority of the contents.Waste of money and very unsatisfying.I give up.

This store is trash, expect to be shorted on your order. Big bowl, it'll be half full, extra protein, you'll get 1 more piece, add broccoli, expect one piece. Below is big extra steak bowl with broccoli zucchini edamame and spinach. Worth $21 to you?

Poke bowls are fine if you're looking for a quick lunch, but very comparable to a grocery store poke bowl.

Got delivery as a first time customer, and am a last time customer. I cannot believe just how gross this was and so overpriced. Everything was bland and mushy and soggy. The only item not soggy was the dry, hard, tiny slivers of chicken in my chicken bowl. It had the texture of something that sat out under a heat lamp for an entire shift. I barely ate any of it and tossed it. If you want this cuisine, go authentic and pay less to get more quality and quantity.
