Best blackened Mahi Mahi I have ever had. I had the blackened Mahi Mahi on a bed of dirty rice which was excellent. The etueffe was some of the best I have ever had. I really enjoyed the banana creme brule.

Excellent service and food. Definitely make a reservation, we saw one young couple trying to decide where they were going to go when we left, as they hadn't made one.
Went there for our 37th anniversary and it was worth doing. The service was impeccable, as quick as we wanted it without any pressure, and the waiter loved the restaurant and the food. We were able to split a special of the day, the pecan crusted halibut with fresh Palisade peach salsa. It came with rice and red beans and crisp plantains, and we added the cucumber salad and a plate of the vegetables of the day.
There was plenty of food for both of us and we still had room for a lovely banana creme brulee.
Definitely a great place for a comfortable celebration.

Best seafood restaurant in Longmont. Consistent seasoning and portions thru the years. The only thing I would ask for is more specials, or perhaps some dishes only available on certain days. Although the kitchen is small, we never have had a long wait for our meals, even when they are busy. Make reservations; and enjoy.

One of the top 3 restaurants in Longmont, maybe *the* top one. The fish is always perfectly cooked. If they have scallops on the specials, GET THEM! My favorite in the regular menu is the Voodoo with any fish.
Not great for the price. We ordered the jerk style mahi and it was pretty bland small cut of mahi, boring salsa on top served with regular ol Sisco sweet potato fries. Super bummer to go out and pay so much to be so disappointed.

Tortugas is by far the BEST restaurant in Northern Colorado. The seafood is fresh, the spices are delicious, the drinks are great and the desserts are amazing. The service is excellent! We sat on the outside patio which was so nice and relaxing. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had dinner there. We had the smoked salmon wonton appetizer. My wife had the grouper and shrimp special. I had the shrimp and crayfish etouffee. All were delicious. Service was great. Smaller dining area in the winter, Recommend
