I’ve been to this location several times and every time I’ve been here, the food has been really bad. I don’t have super high expectations for the food, it is a Wendy’s after all, but even by fast food standards the food here is gross. The fries were soggy and the chicken nuggets were inedible, hard, rubbery, and still had tendons in multiple nuggets. If you’re going to go to Wendy’s, save yourself the time and just go to the location on hover street, the drive is worth it to be able to eat what you order.

11pm, I am the one of two drive thru customers. They manage to confuse a double cheeseburger with a chicken sandwich. This is not a solitary occurrence. Management is AWOL here.

Went to the front counter at 8:12 am was waiting to someone to take our order was standing there for 10 minutes saw that the workers was walking past us several times kept looking at us we were ready to order really bad customer Service workers driving a 30 thousand dollar vehicle and can't take the customers orders was it because they don't like white people?????

What a waste of 20 bucks, don't bother showing up past midnight unless you want inedible cold slop. Even my lemonade tasted like it was days old. I didn't even bother and threw it in the trash!

I thought the point of making a mobile order was to you know get service faster and get out of here so why did I get parked and left for an unacceptable amount of time. And yet about 10 cars behind me got served first it's not like I made a large or difficult order And then when I get it it's not even all there absolutely unacceptable Wendy's...

Taco salad has changed not for the better. They added street corn, not what I would ask for. The chili is very disappointing. Mostly beans very little meat. Soupy. Cost effective? Didn't even try the creamy salsa dressing. Disappointing.

Came through at Midnight on a weekday, food and service were better than during the day.

Maybe I just got lucky, but I came through just after midnight with my dog on a Thursday morning.

I got a burger and fries and this may have been the best order I have gotten from a Wendy's. Everything tasted good, every single fry was crisp.

The young man working the window was all smiles and professional... after midnight.

Honestly, kudos to the team for not phoning it in on the late night shift. I appreciate you working late.

This store is open til 2:00 a.m. I work in the food service industry and stopped by on my way home from a long shift of serving fresh, hot, food in a popular sit down, local steak restaurant..around 11:00 p.m. I pride myself on making sure guests are served what they order and that the food is freshly made. I was surprised when I pulled up to the microphone, the menu board was completely dark. I ordered 2 combos. One was a single burger and one was a chicken sandwich. I was shocked to pay over $24.00 for what we received. The chicken had to have been sitting around for hours. I couldn’t bite into it, it was so rubbery. The size was half the size of the bun. The cheese was missing that I paid for. I did not eat my dinner because I was scared to get food poisoning. I drank my soda for dinner. I plan on contacting the store tomorrow. I was extremely disappointed and will never visit this store again.

Sadly giving a 1 star rating. Upon arriving for lunch with my family it was completely dead inside. It took a while for a young gentleman to come take our order at the register and before ordering food, I had to wait for him to stop texting. After ordering our food, there was not a clean table in sight. I had to get napkins and water and clean the table myself (again the place was dead). I was not pleased with my services.

i went to pick up my order and they had an open can of redbull in the drink machine while they were making my drinks. as a food service worker that is a severe food safety issue. to have an open drinking container where you’re making and prepping food. who’s to say they aren’t sick and just have those germs where they’re making your food. they also have no way to contact anyone on the app as well. the “live agent” isn’t available any time.
