We were greeted by a cheerful smiling lady at the counter. She was clearly having a good day, and helped me feel the same. The dining room was clean and busy. Our food was hot and fresh. The trick with fast food is to stick to the recipes and get it out fast and hot. You know what you're going to get if they do it right. The burgers patties were hot and juicy, the toppings were fresh and crispy, and their fries were hot and crunchy. It was one of the best Wendy's visits we've ever had. Shame we don't live in Longmont, or we'd be frequent visitors!

Decided to get some breakfast from Wendy's. One morning got home and noticed. There was plastic on both of my sandwiches. I wanted to make sure so I pulled a piece off and took a lighter to it if you know it. Burnt plastic smells like that's exactly what it was chemicals. I had just left about 15 minutes ago. That day called them and took them forever to find my order. They were also very rude about it. And didn't want to give me my money back until I came up there in person. The kid's working the window at night. Also always smell like weed in always. Neglect their job duties. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service. Whoever's running this location needs to be evaluated. I'm a general manager And I will be reaching out 2 this locations apps manager.

Went through drive through, hard to get in and when you leave, only right turn, which make it hard if you want to go north. Got to go around the block.Parking: One entrance, it seems the shopping center cut it off

just awful, second time I've come through this week, first time they didn't give us a single classic, today they left out our order of chicken nuggets.Things paid for and not received. Not to mention the gentleman at the window reeked of pot. who manages this store? who is the regional manager who let's this go on? I'd suggest going to McDonald's across the street. May not be as good but at least you'll get what you paid for. consistently disappointed.
