Stopped by this Wendy’s after a long day and honestly, the service was the highlight of my whole afternoon. The place was clean, my order was perfect, and the vibes were actually GOOD — which is rare for fast food these days. Shoutout to the manager, Emma, because you can tell she actually cares. She was helping her team, checking on customers, and still managed to smile like she wasn’t dealing with 100 things at once. Also, whoever made my fries deserves a raise because they were crispity-crunchity perfection. 10/10.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Food was fresh, they put napkins & ketchup, everything was ready and nothing was missing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed this location is on point! We will make it back to this location next time we’re craving some Wendy’s

Honestly if you are in longmont just go to the main street Wendy’s NOT THIS ONE! The location I have gone to multiple times before leaving a review and I will say, the nuggets always over cooked, fries cold, and my burgers soggy. My ranch is missing about 75% of the time or I get an already opened ranch which I will not use cause who knows how long it was opened for. Seriously. Just got to the Main Street location if you really want Wendy’s. The hover location has continued to disappoint me every single time without fail.

Served me a frozen coffee made with spoiled cream or milk in it.
I don't know why but this location randomly switched to shredded lettuce instead of a lettuce leaf and the quality of my spicy chicken sandwich decreased by 99% because of that. this was my favorite fast food option for a chicken sandwich because of the fact that wendys doesnt use shredded lettuce

Pretty much the only fast food in the area with decent service. They've never messed up my order, and using their app to order generally works without issue. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the fries taste better depending on when I go there, I think they may need to change the oil more often or something.

There is an outstanding employee who works at Wendy's at 1091 South Hover St., Longmont, Colorado 80501. Her name is Gisselle. She is a very positive person and she is a great cashier. She sometimes takes orders at the front indoor register, and also at the drive through register. She very versatile and she often cooks meat for sandwiches, uses the deep fryer to cook fries and other food items, and whips up a frosty in a flash. And is very quick and accurate with all the duties she performs. She is very thorough with cleaning the lobby. She is among the friendliest attendant of any restaurant that I recall having visited, and I am 68 years old: not new to being a customer at a restaurant. All the staff at this Wendy's location are very good to interact with. But in my opinion, Gisselle is the most outstanding with customer service as a crew member. She is an invaluable employee and I hope to see her there for years to come. Thank you for posting this review for me, today.
