Pretty much the only fast food in the area with decent service. They've never messed up my order, and using their app to order generally works without issue. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the fries taste better depending on when I go there, I think they may need to change the oil more often or something.

There is an outstanding employee who works at Wendy's at 1091 South Hover St., Longmont, Colorado 80501. Her name is Gisselle. She is a very positive person and she is a great cashier. She sometimes takes orders at the front indoor register, and also at the drive through register. She very versatile and she often cooks meat for sandwiches, uses the deep fryer to cook fries and other food items, and whips up a frosty in a flash. And is very quick and accurate with all the duties she performs. She is very thorough with cleaning the lobby. She is among the friendliest attendant of any restaurant that I recall having visited, and I am 68 years old: not new to being a customer at a restaurant. All the staff at this Wendy's location are very good to interact with. But in my opinion, Gisselle is the most outstanding with customer service as a crew member. She is an invaluable employee and I hope to see her there for years to come. Thank you for posting this review for me, today.

How sad! They advertise a baked potato with sour cream and chives but what do they put in the bag?! A dry potato! WAKE UP GENIUSES! Why do you advertise it but you cannot put it in the bag?

I would swing by here on lunch breaks frequently, and it was fine, maybe 3 stars at worst. But after my last experience, I'm not interested in going back or eating Wendy's again. Somehow, something as simple as a chicken nugget meal was the worst experience I've ever eaten. Nuggets were cold and old, fries were just as sad and soggy, and even my drink was low on the syrup they put in the machines, so it tasted like mildly flavored carbonated water. After I ate, I went back to work wishing I hadn't eaten anything on my lunch break. I guess one star is fine since I didn't get food poisoning.

This is truly the worst Wendy’s location I’ve been to in Longmont. You would think the fact that it’s in a nice neighborhood there would be decent service and they could manage to get the orders correct but apparently not. Today I ordered a simple sausage biscuit breakfast sandwich meal sausages what I got instead was a sandwich on some weird type of bun I’m guessing the buns they use for kids cheese burgers and instead of a slice of cheese they was some awful tasting cheese sauce. So disappointing! The sausage and egg biscuit is my favorite breakfast. Everytime I’ve ordered from here there has been a problem with them getting my order correct. And it takes forever to get through the drive through even if there are hardly any other people ahead of you…Avoid this location at all costs!!
