If you’re not a regular, you’re not welcome…that was the vibe the first and only time we visited this place. We started out on the patio, ordered 1 drink and it seemed our waitress forgot about us. So we went inside and asked if we could sit inside, hoping maybe the service would be better. It was not busy inside, the bar was full but only 1 other person was seated in the dining area. We were continued to be ignored it seemed…nobody offered to take our food order. I had to flag the waitress down to pay…didn’t even finish my beer. For the prices they charge, their service should be top notch…and it wasn’t even close. We went to 99 Bar Saloon and the experience was incredible. Recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Lol, come back down to earth bubba. Nobody’s buying your wannabe philosophical nonsense. Your service was terrible, take your licks like a man and learn from it. Blaming and attacking people for your restaurant’s poor performance is about as dumb as it gets.
Way overpriced for food that doesn’t even come close to matching the price tag. Hard pass. If you want delicious and affordable, head to Tangerine in Boulder — it’s yummier and way easier on the wallet

Was checking the hours and baffled this spot doesn't have a perfect 5 stars so making a contribution! The menu is concise and well thought out (& rotates seasonally). The cocktails are on point. And the services is always personal. Have never had a bad meal here! It's my partner & my favorite place in town and the only place we regularly recommend people check out. If you plan on going at a high traffic time (like Friday night) definitely make a reservation. Other than that keep up the good work West Side team!

I worked in food service for 20 years. This is NOT IT. Flabbergasted that the owner responds to terrible service with rude and childish response. My husband and I waited for 20 minutes in the heat and had reservations. Our server brought drinks (eventually) and never came back. My glass rim was literally broken. No one offered to turn on fans, or to take a food order after drinks were served. We even mentioned that it was our first time in and we’re stoked to be there. That is exactly what happened. We had to go inside to find her, and then we’re continued to be ignored inside, while our server chatted up another table right beside us. I stand by my review. “Karen” moment?? Hardly. At this price point, I would expect more. We ended up at saloon 99, and had an amazing experience.
Also, I noticed you didn’t mention “reviewing camera footage” because it would reveal that our experience was exactly as described. I think you might be the Karen here. Also, you said “I apologize that that was your experience, how can we do better?” wrong. I implore others to cruise through the poor review owner responses. He needs new material. In the words of Pineapple Express Danny McBride “don’t.”
