I Came to pick up an order and was told I had to wait 10/15 minutes which was completely fine. But the entire time I was waiting the employees were yelling, cursing and joking with each other in the back while a few customers walked in and waited and walked out. At least 7 people waiting for their food before me and I was already waiting for 20 minutes. Nothing came out for some time for anyone waiting. A lady waiting and her very small child, she had to cover his ears a few times because of the things they were yelling to each other and thinking it was funny in the back. The guy at the register was on his cell talking to someone for 5 minutes. This was by far the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen in a while. Not even acknowledging customers but horse-playing in the back kitchen. The amount of curse words and inappropriate conversations was ridiculous.

It's a Wingstop, you'll know what you are getting here. Tables could have been a bit cleaner considering it was kind of slow, but I have seen worse.

Wings were decently sized and were cooked properly, so that is really what matters.

This location will chronically overcook your food almost every time we go there. Something is overcooked. Whether it's the tenders or the boneless wings, you could always count on something being chewy or dry☹️ I've been eating at Wingstop for over 20 years and never had so many disappointing experiences than the last couple years in Longmont

Would give it zero stars, came here for lunch, not one customer inside, so I was first. Took over 30 minutes to get my order. Waste of time during lunch break . I was told it would only take about 13 minutes. I don't need to hear about having had ordering it online, that's besides the point!

I had probably the best experience in a restaurant that I’ve had in a while today at the Longmont wingstop location.
The two young men that were putting orders together and running the register were extremely helpful. They helped me decipher which DoorDash order was which and helped me get everything together even though I kept forgetting things. Wrote down all the names in the orders so I wouldn’t forget. They maintained a great positive attitude the whole time despite being busy. This is what customers are looking for when they go into a restaurant to make an order or pick something up. Hats off to the two young men who helped me today. They definitely deserve to be recognized for their hard work and positive workplace they had made for customers and employees. 👏🏽 Keep it up fellas, the younger generation could take notes from yall. 👌🏽
