This location will chronically overcook your food almost every time we go there. Something is overcooked. Whether it's the tenders or the boneless wings, you could always count on something being chewy or dry☹️ I've been eating at Wingstop for over 20 years and never had so many disappointing experiences than the last couple years in Longmont

Would give it zero stars, came here for lunch, not one customer inside, so I was first. Took over 30 minutes to get my order. Waste of time during lunch break . I was told it would only take about 13 minutes. I don't need to hear about having had ordering it online, that's besides the point!

I had probably the best experience in a restaurant that I’ve had in a while today at the Longmont wingstop location.
The two young men that were putting orders together and running the register were extremely helpful. They helped me decipher which DoorDash order was which and helped me get everything together even though I kept forgetting things. Wrote down all the names in the orders so I wouldn’t forget. They maintained a great positive attitude the whole time despite being busy. This is what customers are looking for when they go into a restaurant to make an order or pick something up. Hats off to the two young men who helped me today. They definitely deserve to be recognized for their hard work and positive workplace they had made for customers and employees. 👏🏽 Keep it up fellas, the younger generation could take notes from yall. 👌🏽

On 12/10/2024 I ordered. Wins and when they were delivered they were wrong.I called them and said that it was wrong they said that they would refund my money . But this went on for several weeks. So I called one last time to ask for my refund. And they said I would have to wait till next year . And till this day I haven't received my refund of $37.38€THEY SUCK .I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BISS TO THESE THESE AGEN.

Poor order. I door dashed some food and the staff at wing stop in Longmont didn’t even seal the bag. I’m not eating this food now. Here is an image the dasher sent me. Gross. 🤮 The manager needs to do a better job training.

I’ve ordered from this Wingstop many times and have never experienced an issue like the one I faced today. I called to place an order for 20 boneless wings and 10 bone-in wings. After picking up my food and getting home, I discovered that 10 bone-in wings were missing. I contacted the location, and they said they would remake my entire order due to the error. However, when I arrived, my order was still incomplete. They provided me with another 20 boneless wings but only 10 bone-in wings instead of the 20 I was supposed to receive. They claimed the whole order had already been prepared, which didn’t make sense since I was still missing 10 bone-in wings, as promised. I was supposed to get the 10 missing wings plus the whole order again which would include another 10 bone in wings. The manager seemed indifferent to my concerns and came across as unprofessional, which only added to the frustration. It's important to note that I had to drive 25 minutes from Frederick because of their mistake. In short, check your orders before you leave! This has been very frustrating, and I ended up wasting gas and time, only to leave without everything I was promised.
I sure will be ordering again, and hope they can get it right the next time.

Stopped in to get a lunch combo today my mango habanero fried chicken sandwich was amazing. The fries were a little on the salty side, but I try to limit myself from eating so many fries anyway so this helped lol. Everything was quick and fresh and the staff was very friendly. I will go back and probably just ask to have unsalted fries

They take forever with the orders, i oí just got a sandwich and fries and they took like 30 minutes for that even when no nanny pele in the restaurant. Last time here.
