My very large family of 9 went to their NYE celebration last night. It was busier than I’ve ever seen it and the staff was overwhelmed but seemed thankful for the business. The manager treated us like we were his own VIPs and was so kind. I haven’t felt that level of customer service in years. We waited awhile to be sat, which isn’t unusual for a party of 9 without a reservation on a busy evening. But the kids were entertained by the arcade and yard games and the half price drinks were AWESOME. (Shout out for The melon mini pitcher.) Once we got our table I expected the only server on staff last night to be overwhelmed and stressed. Not at all. She was kind, fast and the food was fantastic and arrived quickly. I hope Longmont showers this place with business and they continue to grow. They seem eager to welcome families with specials, good food, and incredible customer service. Thanks for all your hard work last night.

We had a fun father daughter night at the arcade, but then had to wait over 10 minutes at the ticket counter while three staff members helped one adult and ignored us. We then went to the bowling lane, after 25 minutes of fun, the lane went dark, we called for service and we waited for another 10 minutes as our time ticked down - also could not get a waitress to come over and take an order for food. We ended up leaving with time still left on our lane since no one came over and headed elsewhere due to the poor service. It was not busy and there were plenty of staff. We will avoid this place in the future, hope you all have better luck!

We went there yesterday to do something while our power was out and had the best time. The staff was amazing to our boys. We needed a break from the sadness of no power and was met with amazing staff and fun games. It made my boys week. Thanks to all for the great time playing games and getting help!

LB is the man, always makes sure that me and my family are set whether it’s taking the kiddo out or date night, this is the spot! Great food & drinks, diverse range of games from arcade to axe throwing, excellent service is provided; guaranteed if LB is around. 🤙

Me and my boyfriend decided to go Winners Circle for a date night. We decided on bowling, but came to find out the lanes were “technically closed.” Our HOMIE, L.B. overheard us talking to the girl at the front and gave us 30 minutes of bowling time. He checked in on us, and gave us such a fun overall experience. His hospitality and great vibes made our date even better. Shoutout L.B.!

Yooo this place here is so freaky amazing not only because my new friend (LB) made sure our stay was awesome 😎 and incredible ❤️. He and the other staff was excellent. The drinks were different in a great way. We definitely enjoyed the arcade again because of (LB). His perseverance and personality both are beautiful. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Food is great! Atmosphere is awesome! Games are great! But really expensive, with a family you can't afford this...sad

Fun place to play and have a few drinks! Great variety of games for team building.
Staff is very friendly, and especially LB!
