My very large family of 9 went to their NYE celebration last night. It was busier than I’ve ever seen it and the staff was overwhelmed but seemed thankful for the business. The manager treated us like we were his own VIPs and was so kind. I haven’t felt that level of customer service in years.
We waited awhile to be sat, which isn’t unusual for a party of 9 without a reservation on a busy evening. But the kids were entertained by the arcade and yard games and the half price...
We went there yesterday to do something while our power was out and had the best time. The staff was amazing to our boys. We needed a break from the sadness of no power and was met with amazing staff and fun games. It made my boys week. Thanks to all for the great time playing games and getting help!
