I love this place for sandwiches. Yesterday I bought a “chuck roast” from thinking I would slice it into steaks. The fact that there was string tied around it should have alerted me to the fact that it was a bunch of leftover meat pieces tied together. Not a roast that I could cut into slices. Im sure it will taste fine but disappointed in the false advertising.
I love this business. I don't live in Longmont, but I make a point to stop at Your Butcher Frank whenever I'm in town. The sandwiches are fantastic, just perfect. I love their selection of condiments that you can't find anywhere else and all of the local cuts that they offer. The service has always been top tier. Thank you!!
Always a pleasure, even with a crowd on Christmas weekend. Customer service is on point, the young men have been trained well. The tenderloin will be Xmas dinner....so can't rate it yet, but the cut looks prime.
