Layout is comfortable, neat and clean. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and attentive. The coffee (we each got a different blend) was fresh and hot. The pastries were fresh too. You can bring in your games to sit here with your friends or sit by yourself reading books, doing computer work, whatever, and no one rushes you.

The staff are friendly and patient. I've only ever had positive experiences here! The drinks and food are delicious! This is my favorite Ziggis to go to!
Parking: During the week the parking on most of the streets and in the lots are 2 hours max. No payment to park. They are monitored by the city. After 6pm weekdays and all weekend it is ok to park for more then 2 hours.
Kid-friendliness: There are non-caffine options available: Italian sodas and hot chocolate.

I'm not one for franchise-y coffee shops, but the staff at this location has made a difference to me. They're the closest for me on my work breaks, so I'll end up here at least once a week for emergency caffeine or snacks. Yes, they're busy on the weekends, it is a chain coffee shop. But minus the occasional high maintenance customer in front of me, the line goes by quickly. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes, even with a line. That being said, the staff always takes great care to make sure everyone is taken care of, is super polite even if they look exhausted or short staffed, and any time there is a delay (which isn't often) they go above and beyond to apologize. They even remember me, despite all the people there daily. The food I've tried is decent for franchise-y cafe food, and they have healthier options than just a Danish or cake pop, which is really really nice. Their indoor atmosphere is a little "plastic-y", but their outside seating is nice. The service, though, that's what sets this location apart and why I don't mind having to come here. Great staff! Great service!
I love Ziggy's and figured it's about time that I gave a review. It is hands down my favorite place to work, away from my desk in Longmont. The crew behind the counter are always friendly and my beverages are predictably perfect. Ziggy's is the most beautiful blend of a comfortable neighborhood spot, with the consistency of a chain. What I love most is that I can have my order in a real cup! It is a little thing, but it's really everything. Makes me happy to avoid the daily waste of a paper cup and plastic lid. The overall vibe is relaxed and comfortable and super conducive to creative work. This year Ziggy's actually turns 20 - I would highly recommend a visit to this great community spot.

The original location at 4th & Main is my go-to coffee shop in Longmont. I really appreciate being able to get a refill on a good cup of coffee. I love how they support local artists by providing wall space for diversity of art on a rotating basis. I also go there to check out the community board to see what's going on around town and beyond.
