This is my favorite coffee shop! I first went here when it was Gizzi's and then Brandon changed the name to Ziggy's. He and his wife are generous souls. They donated to the military boxes when my son was in the Rangers! Our son and daughter and spouses , and our grand children have fond memories of Ziggy's!

Mostly a sugary drink cafe. Can't make a classic macchiato. Every time I come here the servers and cashiers don't know what it is or how to prepare it. Not a real coffee shop.

Usually coffee is good. I ordered an iced coffee and they poured steaming hot coffee over a ton of ice. It was super watered down and still warm when they gave it to me so by the time I got to my car which was parked right outside, even the additional ice they added had melted into the drink.
I would have much preferred they just said they didn't have any cold iced coffee made.

I went to this place twice. Coffee is average but the service was appalling. I was told I would get a free drink if I signed up for their loyalty program. When I went back the next day to let them know I never received the coupon they told me to call their corporate office. Ok. Then I paid for my coffee and they said it didn’t go through and made me pay again. Both charges are now on my credit card. So instead of a free coffee I’ve paid twice for one coffee. This whole thing took over 30 minutes!!! At no point did the manager do anything. Really unbelieve that they would hold up a customer and make them pay twice for a coffee.

Music was too loud, workers were rude. Set our food on top of the trash area instead of serving counter. Food quality was only reason for 2 star review, otherwise would’ve been 1. Next time we will go to the north hover location, much nicer and far more professional.
