I love to sit here and get work done while having a coffee. There is a lot of places to sit, the workers are nice, and the drinks are great!

I went to this place twice. Coffee is average but the service was appalling. I was told I would get a free drink if I signed up for their loyalty program. When I went back the next day to let them know I never received the coupon they told me to call their corporate office. Ok. Then I paid for my coffee and they said it didn’t go through and made me pay again. Both charges are now on my credit card. So instead of a free coffee I’ve paid twice for one coffee. This whole thing took over 30 minutes!!! At no point did the manager do anything. Really unbelieve that they would hold up a customer and make them pay twice for a coffee.

Music was too loud, workers were rude. Set our food on top of the trash area instead of serving counter. Food quality was only reason for 2 star review, otherwise would’ve been 1. Next time we will go to the north hover location, much nicer and far more professional.

What a lovely, relaxing cafe with yummy coffee. I had to drop my car at the shop, coming in here to relax while it's getting worked on. What a treasure. 🥰🐬🤗

Layout is comfortable, neat and clean. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and attentive. The coffee (we each got a different blend) was fresh and hot. The pastries were fresh too. You can bring in your games to sit here with your friends or sit by yourself reading books, doing computer work, whatever, and no one rushes you.

The staff are friendly and patient. I've only ever had positive experiences here! The drinks and food are delicious! This is my favorite Ziggis to go to!
Parking: During the week the parking on most of the streets and in the lots are 2 hours max. No payment to park. They are monitored by the city. After 6pm weekdays and all weekend it is ok to park for more then 2 hours.
Kid-friendliness: There are non-caffine options available: Italian sodas and hot chocolate.
