Great place to stop for a cup while shopping downtown. I'm a black coffee guy and their roasts are a little dark for me, got that ash and smoke flavor, not bad though. I had one of their blended mochas once and it was tasty and refreshing on a hot day. Pastries are good, but I haven't eaten many of their food options. I hate to compare them to another chain of coffee shops, but if you're looking for the Starbucks experience in downtown Longmont, this is your place.Parking: Park in lots and walk a little, that goes for most of downtown as street parking is very limited.Kid-friendliness: There are options for the kiddos.

I am officially done with this Ziggys. I’ve had to go back in line now three different times because they don’t make the drinks properly. It’s very inconvenient when you have a car full of children. The girl at the window was extremely rude about having to fix her errors. It was as simple as just putting enough chocolate in the hot cocos for the kids. I used to love this place. Sad.
I worked at a coffee shop for 5 years and know how crazy it can get sometimes and the way the staff at this location handles it is amazing. Nick especially, you can tell he really cares about his job and is so welcoming. I go to this location and go inside instead of a drive through just to have that great customer interaction. Its hard to find these days but not here! You guys really have a good team! <3
