Love Ziggi’s but this is the second time in a row I’ve gotten the wrong order. Paid for a burrito and got a breakfast sandwich. It’s not the end of the world, but I would’ve appreciated getting the more expensive food I paid for, and not what I received. Oh well, had to vent somewhere!

I used mobile ordering 15 to 20 minutes before I arrived. Once I got up the window, they gave me the correct food but tried to give the wrong coffee. They told me they were still working on my blender and to find a parking spot, and they would bring it to me. It took almost 5 minutes before it was brought out to me. I was the only car in the drive-thru to have to find a parking spot and be told my drink would be brought out. The other drive-thru window had no issues and moved super fast. I understand that if you're short staffed, just say that.

Love the friendly service. Love that they always have gluten free breakfast sandwiches. But sometimes my hot coffee tastes like coffee flavored water. Other family members have complained about the same thing. I've been a loyal fan of Ziggis for years. But since it's been hit or miss lately at this location, I've been switching it up and going to Brewing Market. Their coffee has been consistently good. So will probably switch over to them completely. The drive through is convenient. But it's a drag when I drive off with an expensive cup of coffee that I end up throwing out at my destination.
Tasty matcha latte, delicious chocolate covered coffee beans and smiley cute workers. Ziggies has surpassed the other competition in my opinion with a great points system to earn money off or even free drinks.
Kid-friendliness: My son loves a kids vanilla bean with kiwi flavor. They two shops by me call it "the Paxton special"
Wheelchair accessibility: Generally it is always a drive up but they do take orders at the front window which is accessed by wheel chair

Ziggi's is way better than Starbucks. I don't understand why people like over roasted burnt tasting coffee. The 3 stars is mainly do to what my husband I have to go through to get a Florentine, which is half hot chocolate and half coffee. Simple easier to make than an espresso drinks. Heat up some skim milk DON'T froth it, add in medium drip coffee and pump in sugar free chocolate syrup and stir well and a little whip cream on top. We get frothed milk, 90% of the time forget the whip cream and all the chocolate is at the bottom. Why is something so simple from most orders so difficult. Oh and the way we have to order it since they insist on wanting to use regular loaded with sugar chocolate milk pretty much tells them how to make it. Cafe au lait, with skim milk, medium roast coffee, add sugar free chocolate syrup stirred well and whip cream on top.
