Love Ziggi’s but this is the second time in a row I’ve gotten the wrong order. Paid for a burrito and got a breakfast sandwich. It’s not the end of the world, but I would’ve appreciated getting the more expensive food I paid for, and not what I received. Oh well, had to vent somewhere!

I used mobile ordering 15 to 20 minutes before I arrived. Once I got up the window, they gave me the correct food but tried to give the wrong coffee. They told me they were still working on my blender and to find a parking spot, and they would bring it to me. It took almost 5 minutes before it was brought out to me. I was the only car in the drive-thru to have to find a parking spot and be told my drink would be brought out. The other drive-thru window had no issues and moved super fast. I understand that if you're short staffed, just say that.

Wanted to give 5 stars because the coffee is good, but 2 of the last 3 visits I asked for cream in my coffee and didn’t get any. Accuracy is important for a drive through.

Love the friendly service. Love that they always have gluten free breakfast sandwiches. But sometimes my hot coffee tastes like coffee flavored water. Other family members have complained about the same thing. I've been a loyal fan of Ziggis for years. But since it's been hit or miss lately at this location, I've been switching it up and going to Brewing Market. Their coffee has been consistently good. So will probably switch over to them completely. The drive through is convenient. But it's a drag when I drive off with an expensive cup of coffee that I end up throwing out at my destination.
