Ziggi's is way better than Starbucks. I don't understand why people like over roasted burnt tasting coffee. The 3 stars is mainly do to what my husband I have to go through to get a Florentine, which is half hot chocolate and half coffee. Simple easier to make than an espresso drinks. Heat up some skim milk DON'T froth it, add in medium drip coffee and pump in sugar free chocolate syrup and stir well and a little whip cream on top. We get frothed milk, 90%...

My family loves Ziggi's coffee. The only reason I gave a three on food is because they have no vegan options everything either has meat or dairy in it. However, they are great with the drinks as I am able to sub out for dairy-free. Definitely one of my favorite places.
Dietary restrictions: Well, in the caramel macchiato you can substitute the caramel sauce for caramel syrup which is dairy free. Also sub whole milk for coconut milk.
