30 minutes waiting in drive thru while multiple customers walk up and get served. Then ask for a tip at the window LOL. Ziggis has better coffee than Starbucks but at this point waiting 30 mins Vs 5 mins at Starbucks isn’t worth it.

Coffee is good. The staff is great. I used to think the coffee was the best, but I feel like something has changed with it over the past couple of years. It's still not bad. I would recommend trying it to judge for yourself.

Prioritizing mobile orders over the drive thru customer is not smart. I adore the coffee and price for this amazing product. That said the crew here just gabs more than focusing on getting the customers taken care of. That get pissed when us as customers barely can barely afford luxuries as an $8 cup of coffee.
