I used to really like this location but I have no idea what happened to their drinks. I've been going for at least a year getting basically the same drink every time, and within the past few times I've gone they've messed up my drinks. I've politely asked could you please blend ice into it like you used to, or can you please remake my drink. And they do, they are nice and kind, but when it's every single time they are messing up my drink.. obviously someone dropped the ball when training the new hires. Their 'frozen' coffee drinks are watery like they don't even blend ice into it anymore, even when i show up exactly on time it looks like its been sitting out for a good 45 minutes. And regular hot coffee drinks are hit or miss whether you'll get what you paid for. I pay for extra shots of expresso but it still barely tastes like coffee. I have go home and add ice and my own expresso to make it 'right'. I rather not have to go home and 'fix' something i paid for. Used to really like this location, now I might just go to Starbucks or a different Ziggis location that actually knows how to make their drinks. It's very disappointing because I still like this franchise and would like to see them improve again, because I know they can! If it improves at this location, I will likely leave a better review in the future. Because when they do get it right their drinks are 10/10

this location really needs to be better staffed. no matter which time of day you come, there are always 10+ cars in the drive thru and it takes 15 - 20 minutes just to get your order. the baristas are friendly and kind but you can see that they are stressed!

The drinks are so good here! But the best part is that the staff here are amazing!!! I should’ve gotten their names but I was in such a hurry to get to work. I accidentally ordered in the app for the location in Loveland (closest to me) but I always stop at this one on the way to work. The barista was so nice and she made my whole order and didn’t charge me!! I could not thank her enough for literally saving my day!! They also always get the order exactly right. I will always stop by this location when I have time!
I really don’t know if the store just needs employees to be trained better, or what. I go to Ziggies almost every day, and I have never had worst service than this from any of the Ziggys I’ve ever visited. And I don’t know if they’re learning how to make drinks but again I’ve never had a bad Ziggys before coming to this place. I have been there three times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but you can guarantee there won’t be a fourth time.

The people working were very friendly. I got an iced matcha latte and boyfriend got a caramel latte with a breakfast burrito. The drinks were very good. The Matcha was very refreshing and not too bitter. The burrito was a little cold in the center but, very good otherwise.

Ziggys coffee has an unbeatable drive-through experience. They are quick and efficient, making sure that we don't wait in line forever. Most importantly, the coffee is terrific! I have to give special recognition to Leslie and AJ who work the drive-through - they always make the place extra special with their warmth and friendly attitude. Highly recommended!
