I find setup and service to be burdensome. I don’t know the menu and wanted to pull up to the speaker and look at it. However, they have an employee standing out there taking your order. I told her that I needed to look at the menu so she said she would go get me one. No, that’s more hassle than it should be. This is a kiosk so you can’t go in to look at the menu. So in order to go to the drive thru and not have it be a pain, I have to look online beforehand because they won’t let you pull up and use the drive thru as it was intended. If they had a walk in store, I would’ve went inside to look. Other places like Starbucks do this but they have a store that you can walk into to check out the menu. I shouldn’t have to look online. Sometimes people want to look at the menu and this setup doesn’t allow it without it being a total inconvenience.

Lastly, It’s a drive thru and I’m looking for convenience. This is inconvenient. I also am not looking for this degree of interaction. That’s why I’m at a drive thru. I’m not looking to have someone standing next to my car at my window. What to burden the customer.

I will not be back. I shouldn’t have to look online to see the menu and you don’t have a store you can walk into to look. You aren’t setup for this. At least leave one one your drive thru lanes open for people who want to just order through the speaker.

3-15-2025 ordered a cinnamon roll and large campfire cocoa and both were cold. The cinnamon roll was refrigerator COLD!!

Terrible customer service: being a kiosk (no tables to clean), the minimum you expect is decent customer service like greetings instead of talking back to customers (by the "manager") or orders mixed. "The Customer is Always Right" sounds like the employees working there; does Ziggi's provide any training (at least) minimum respect for customers? For the record, I did work for minimum wages in the U.S. but never talked back to a customer no matter how nasty or rude they were.

Waited in a relatively short line for 20-25 minutes only to get my breakfast sandwich not heated all the way through and ice cold the whole way through. Service was nice and my drink was great, I was just looking forward to their everything bagel with the hot and gooey cheese, but didn’t get that. Hopefully just a mishap. I frequent this location and have run into this a few times with their breakfast items.

We used to love coming here since it’s so close to our house, but it’s become such a lottery that it’s not worth trying anymore. We spent 15 minutes in the drive thru holding up the line because the six people inside couldn’t make my one drink. It had no modifications and as a blender was immediately watered down which really sucked. This is after I watched them make >15 other drinks that were for other people, including others behind me.

Save your money and go somewhere else.
