These guys are basically finding new ways to shoot themselves in the leg!! They used to offer Biryani with Shorba, they ditched that for cost cutting, they had a pretty good delivery thing going on with door-dash, where prices were reasonable, they ditched that, and now their website doesn’t work, its like they are begging their customers to force them to shut shop!! Do better guys or this thing is going to turn into a disaster for you!!

We got saag paneer, chicken korma and chicken tikka masala, plus naan. Everything was fantastic and so much food we ate it two nights and still have leftovers.

Wish I could give zero rating. It was takeout order, Ordered paneer biryani, the top of the biryani was nice but underneath they have placed paneer with excessive amount of masala as you can see in picture it taste awful and had to throw the biryani. Plus they didn’t place utensils in the bag except the tissue paper.

Worst biryani experience I’ve ever had in the USA. Ordered a to-go Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani, but once I got home, I realized it was bone-in. First time ever seeing a Vijayawada biryani served like that. The rice was extremely dry and hard to eat.

On top of that, when I went to pay, the menu clearly listed $19.99, but I was charged $20.99. When I questioned it, the staff said the new price would take effect next week, but it was “already in the system.” If that’s the case, why advertise a lower price on the menu today?

Overall, terrible service, misleading pricing, and easily the worst Indian food I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely not worth a visit.

Delicious food. We always only order the Butter Chicken and Chicken Korma or Chicken Tikka Masala because we don’t know what the other items are; many items do not have descriptions.

Biryani Bliss is BLISS. I’ve dined here plenty of times and am never disappointed. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about menu items and what their flavors are when I need clarification. The music is lovely and I always feel like I’m eating with family. All smiles and the vibes are excellent. The food hits the spot and I leave full and happy with the flavors, presentation and service.

I’m not the biggest fan of Indian cuisine, so I was a bit apprehensive when a friend suggested this restaurant. However, I can say with absolute certainty that I am so grateful that we went to this restaurant. The food is authentic and delicious, and the service is immaculate. This restaurant deserves a brighter spotlight!
Note: mild spicy is still pretty spicy.

Terrible food experience.
We ordered a paneer dosa, and instead of the usual filling, it came with paneer sabji served on the side—drenched in oil. We literally had to pour the excess oil onto another plate, and even then, the sabji was still swimming in it. If you’re a fan of oil, this might be your spot.

On a side note, the spice level was also slightly higher than usual.

My wife ordered idly vada and we only got idly, no vada. We have been quite regular customers at biryani bliss but recently their quality has worsened. Even the sambar was very salty and the chutney was tasteless. We were quite disappointed. We called the restaurant to tell them that we didn’t get the vada and they have just put the blame on uber eats saying that Uber eats didn’t update their menu. The price of the idly vada was more expensive than just the idly. The least we expected them to call and inform us that they cannot provide vada.
