I usually love Bittersweet but the quality control is not great. The quality of your drink depends entirely on which employee is making it--- and if they're distracted talking to someone else during. Matcha one day will be fantastic, next day full of clumps they didn't bother to properly mix.
Placed a catering order here that was confirmed days ago. Got blank stares when I came in early to pick it up. Only for them to come to the realization that the order still needed to be made.
No apology, no acknowledgement that their lack of attention to detail could potentially put a paying customer in a bind for their meeting.
Really disappointed as this place for some reason has high reviews. Can’t for the life of me understand why.
Great food and Chai Lattes
This is a review for a catered event: we hired Bittersweet to cater a retirement party for 100 guests and they partnered with /por/ wine house to do so. While the charcuterie board was attractive and staff were pleasant, several issues left us disappointed. Setup was incomplete when guests arrived, food ran short by halfway through the event, and staff left earlier than agreed upon. We were told the executive chef from /por/ Wine House would oversee the board, but learned the day before he was no longer involved. The biggest disappointment was the $450 “custom” dessert platter—store-bought Costco macarons and lemon bites instead of the handmade petit fours and lemon crumb bars we were told to expect. While a 20% refund was issued, we received no explanation or personal response to our questions and complaints. Overall, the event fell short.
Nice atmosphere good coffee. Fix your power plug.
Yummy coffee & treats, bathrooms, nice patio with sun and shade!
Cute place. Like the decor. Makes me feel like I’m sitting in a well decorated old woman’s house. Good distribution of outlets. The food is standard but good. Received a burrito that was cut most of the way through. I appreciate the effort in cutting it though. I go here whenever I have airport activities later. Would recommend.

Delicious chai tea! Cute place but really I just grabbed my tea and headed out. It's definitely a popular place and I'll be back next time I'm in the area to experience more.

Chicken Pesto sandwich is slightly bigger than normal AirPods, ate it in five bites. Major disappointment for $15. I should’ve listen to the other food portion reviews because I’m still hungry!

This was probably the best straight double espresso with vanilla I have ever had.
I'm only here for a couple more days, but I'm excited to go back to get more and try some of their other things

The turkey club sandwich is excellent! Atmosphere is intimate but decor is a little gaudy & chincy.

I liked the home style atmosphere. The food was somewhat average, but not bad either. Service seemed slower than I expected as there weren't many people when I arrived. It did pick up as I finished, though. Seemed like a real local spot. The people who started funneling in later seemed to be very familiar with one another.

I love this coffee shop. The brown sugar simple syrup is my absolutely favorite, the food is delicious and it’s a great work space. Wrote my entire masters thesis in this shop, it’s a special place with special people ❤️

Is it common to order a bacon egg and cheese, and not receive a SINGLE slice of bacon? Is this common practice? Or is incompetence a job requirement.
This is why you work food service instead of doing anything that matters to society.
