I know inflation is a thing and just generally, buying food around Boulder isn't cheap. But I was shocked at what a $20 sandwich got me at Bittersweet. I bought their beet sandwich and added cheese and avocado. When I opened the takeout box, I was just shocked. It was the size of two post-it notes. Tiny! It tasted fine, but for this price, head a couple blocks down the street to Moxie and you'll get your money's worth.
Love the coffee, love the pastries. Would love it even more if there was a table available to sit inside- unfortunately all taken by computer users who don’t even bother to have a purchased item in front of them. C’mon guys, at least have a coffee cup for camouflage. Won’t be going back.
It was so good I forgot to take photos of the sandwiches completely and the sweets till we were mostly done. The refresher was lovely and the sandwiches and pastries were amazing!!!
