I placed an order around 4pm for a 7pm pick up and received an email receipt. We showed up to an empty, closed restaurant - no email or any communication indicating the order was cancelled. We called the Boulder location, which said there “might be a kitchen problem,” but it seems completely unreasonable (and unbelievable) that they can’t cancel pre-orders and notify people their orders won’t be available. Infuriating.

i retract my years-old review. There was a time with a nice little owner lady running the ship. Now there's 16 busaba restaurants and they all just kind of suck.

If you wanna make your money selling drinks on Pearl st... go do that.

wasn't impressed for a dinner experience. food was mediocre. had a soup with white color...and spring rolls which had slightly bad salad in it. not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from

I love this place. Best, Thai food around the Denver area. Potstickers and corn fritters are phenomenal. Best pad Thai and pad see ewe I've had and very efficient and friendly service

A group of three came in shortly before eight and were treated with a friendly and prompt service. There was no rush and we were given a patio spot instantly upon request. When the food came it was quality ingredients and the steamed tofu is epic!!! That generous and friendly wait staff that jumped to give us more spice when my son wants to test his heat palette. I have gone to eat many times to eat at place within an hour of closing where service was rushed, Busaba was evenly handed and still created a memorable experience with grand food.

Food was plain and unexceptional. Staff was helpful and nice. Near the beach but views are obstructed.

Everything was incredible. Can't speak highly enough of the food here. The Rama was an incredible dish and I'll definitely be back to order it again. The atmosphere was great and the service was incredible. Even has a nice patio area if you want to sit outside

It's just not good anymore. I've been coming here for over five years, and everything went downhill last year. The food is plain, greasy, and doesn't taste fresh like it used to. The interior needs refreshment. I felt rushed to order, eat, pay, and leave, but don't forget the 20% tip as default. So disappointed.

Great tasting Thai food. Wish they would give you more meat in the entrees.

Regarding takeout: my order said it was going to take between 80 and 85 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes early and it was just sitting on the shelf. I never received any indication that it was ready for pickup, and I had just been sitting at home twiddling my thumbs waiting for the advertised time. The food is great but the takeout system needs to be better if they are going to say it takes 80 min.

Best Thai restaurant in Colorado. Also, if you love spicy food, this is by far the spiciest food you can order without signing a wavier!

The food was great, but the service was quite slow. We arrived at 6:30 PM and ordered two dishes, which took around 40 minutes to arrive. We even had to ask them to hurry because we needed to be home by a certain time.

The server was sweet and apologetic, and she seemed to be trying her best to get the food out to us. Eventually, we had to ask for the food to be packed to go.

However, the response from the Indian male staff member was disappointing. When we explained our situation, he simply said, “You still have to wait even if you’re asking to pack the food.” While we understand there’s still a wait involved, packing the food would’ve saved us time from dining in.
