ordered delivery; chips and drinks missing from both kids’ build your own tacos, as well as the meat from one of them. Online reporting system, calling the store, and chatbot all failed at redressing grievances. Online kept timing out and resetting. Calling the store the helpful lady with very difficult name hung up on us after about 2 minutes. Chatbot just didn’t work at all messages didn’t go through. Really can’t emphasize how dissatisfied we were with this experience from this chipotle and caution others about this location. Update: filed order complaint through instacart, got 2$ uber eats credit so 1 kids entree 2 chips and 2 juices doesn’t meet refund criteria… won’t be using any of these services in the future and do hope your kids get the food they need whoever you decide to go with

Had my food not cooked more than once, I have had multiple meals were my rice was bad and hard its ridiculous kids getting high in the kitchen in front of customers how pathetic and waste of money

One person works as 5 others stand and talk. It was only 1pm and the whole kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. On top of all that, I find PLASTIC in my burrito. This place needs a visit from a health inspector.
EDIT: I wouldn't have left a review if it wasn't for the plastic in the food

I’m going to start by saying the staff was so lovely!

But the food was rough..my rice was way undercooked and the beans were weird. Not to mention all of the food poisoning symptoms I got about six hours after eating my dinner.

Bummer because it’s so close to work and easy to snag on the way home. But I don’t want to snag any more food poisoning, that was so much less fun that you could imagine.

Also a bummer because I reached out to corporate and nothing. But you can’t be making people sick, that’s just not a thing.

I agree with the other comment on the unmotivated environment. At least at the time I visited. Between 2:30 - 3pm. There was absolutely no urgency among the staff and not ONE clean table to sit at. Had to wipe down our own table.
I would have taken other pictures, but I respect others when they're eating.
This was a disappointing visit

This chipotle gives you small portions of everything, rice, beans, protein but they’re not afraid to give you big spoonfuls of guac, queso & sour cream. Who wants to just eat that ? Not okay all that for $18 ($23 if you get steak lmao) is ridiculous.

First messed up one of our burritos. Then had then redo it. He then numbered the burritos wrong so we passed them out wrong. What a frustrating experince. First and last time coming here

The food is just like any other chipotle, Except here they give you the smallest servings. I’m really not picky and I wouldn’t have said anything, but this is like my fifth order within the last month for this chipotle, where they gave me i’d say 60% of what every other chipotle does. I finally asked for a little bit more on some of my servings, and they charged me for a double protein bowl😂 Make your own judgments from my experience.

Walked in and stood in line with no employees around, to see 3 of them in the back. The counter where they make the food was covered in food and smudges from previous orders. Decided to just walk away because the environment was just gross. I’d understand if I was busy but slow, 3 guests waiting and 3 employees in the back. Gotta wipe the counter down first at least

Ordered burrito got extremely salty black beans, was able to request a new burrito and was served with bad service and cold tortilla. This has been my only bad experience at a chipotle.

During my recent visits to this location, I have noticed a consistent issue with portion sizes being excessively small. On my latest visit, I requested carne asada, but the tray was almost empty, and the employee provided a minimal serving without offering to wait for additional servings. Given the premium pricing of $50 at Chipotle, I expect a more positive and welcoming experience. Please take necessary steps to address this issue and improve your service.
