We have given this store MANY chances to get it right, and they never do. Our request for extra sauce is ignored, and we get extra cheese/no sauce instead. The employees are uniformly rude. The franchise owner needs to hire an adult or two, to make sure the staff there does what they're supposed to.

I just received not only a terrible pizza from this location, but also got terrible customer service when I called in to speak to the manager. I did not yell, I merely said I got a terrible pizza. He then said he could refund my money and when I asked if it was worth having another pizza sent to me since this one is awful, he rudely threw the question back in my face.
