Ate there today, tried rattlesnake for the first time. It doesn't suck! I am very very happy that I got to try that. And their hot dogs are OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this spot for a quick drop in lunch or dinner?

This place make a visit to Lowe's so much more enjoyable. Great sausages, and Ed has sauerkraut readily available which is a personal favorite of mine. I stop in here even when I don't need anything at Lowe's, it's so worth it.
Awesome dogs and sausages. Great prices. Ed is a very friendly guy and he will treat you well. Definitely worth going out of your way for a bite even if you are not shopping at Lowe's.

Great hot dogs, better guy! Ed's Edibles is staple when it comes to quick bites in the Louisville area. Although I consider myself a home depot gal, I will admit Ed absolutely makes the Lowe's trip worth it!
Simple hot dog stand with great friendly service
I don't eat hot dogs often and my boyfriend only eats beef dogs. We googled places with beef dogs last year and Ed's Best Edibles came up. We went and it was wonderful and so delicious! Located inside the Lowe's in Louisville. Ed provides his customers the best food at a reasonable price and great customer service! Sure glad we found you!
Hidden gem in the Louisville Lowe's exit foyer area. Imported Vienna Beef dogs and poppyseed buns! Unlimited toppings with no extra charge. Ed is the best!
