Great atmosphere and even better beer. I’m here every Thursday and it never disappoints. Huge shoutout to Cory behind the bar—he's fast, friendly, and makes every visit a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

My favorite Thursday tradition! This brewery never disappoints—great beer, great people, and a chill vibe that makes it easy to hang out for hours. The rotating taps keep things interesting, and Caleb is awesome at helping you find something you’ll love. If you’re looking for a go-to local spot, this is it.

My wife and I visited Gravity Brewing in Louisville, Colorado, on January 28, 2026, and had a mostly enjoyable experience—until the second round.
The first round of beers was excellent, and the laid-back vibe at the tasting room was welcoming. When I went to the bar for our second round, I specifically ordered the Bourbon Barrel-Aged Asteroid Abbey, which I was really looking forward to trying.
Unfortunately, the bartender served me the Barrel-Aged Tsar Bomba instead. I politely asked if what he handed me was the Abbey, and he confirmed it was not. I explained that I’d specifically wanted the Abbey and would prefer that one. He then poured the correct beer—no issue there.
What bothered me was his follow-up comment about the Tsar Bomba: he said he was “going to give it to someone nice.” It felt like a passive-aggressive jab implying I wasn’t nice, even though I was calm, polite, and simply clarifying my order after his mix-up. I didn’t care what happened to the poured beer, but the unnecessary remark was unprofessional and left a sour taste.
Overall, the beers are solid (the Abbey was great once I got it), and the brewery itself seems like a cool spot in historic downtown Louisville. But that one interaction with the bartender really detracted from what could have been a perfect evening. I’d probably return for the beer and atmosphere, but I hope future service is a bit friendlier.

Showed up at 6 on a Sunday and they rushed us out.
Good food and beer, not great service or approach.

Great brewery, these guys are mad geniuses, especially C.K.! The Acceleration is one of my favorite CO IPA's and the Fest Bier is one of the best that not Sam Adams, AND they got DD's Sourdough Pizza in the kitchen now. My wife likes their Sweet Lychee Lemonade Mars Water, AND they have Geeks Who Drinks (my favorite bar trivia) on Wednesdays to help break the mid-week funk. Downtown Louisville is one of our favorite places!

Traditional old time brewery tucked out of the way.

Always chill - great barrel-aged stouts and always have a sour on tap!

Great beer with great folks

Has been my favorite brewery in the area for a while - especially for the various pale ales and pub style ales. The food situation seems to have been in a lot of flux the last few years and I don’t love the current one. The pizza in particular is nauseatingly cheese (on the order of Chuck E Cheese). The wings were pretty good though.

Vibe was just ok. Needs better music. Beer was good but not great. The pizza place next door was the best part. Recommend the pizza bites.

Good food, decent beer, great atmosphere. The patio is great for hanging out with dogs and kids.

Went here a couple time way back in the day, and my impression was that the beer was good but the prices were on the higher side. I had a BOGO coupon from the Hop Passport, and decided to stop in recently. Prices were lower than many competing breweries, and the beer was very good. (You could even get a pitcher for under $20!) They also just opened up a Double D's Pizza right in the tap room. Would definitely come back.

Had great service and beer (lambic kriek).
