Good brews on tap, with a good variety of types of beer, IPA, ESB, stouts, and lagers. Food is available, pizza, sandwich, hot wings and such. Dog friendly. Beer garden. Good friendly staff.
This little place has always felt so good. The beer is excellent (the best in the area, in my opinion), but even more, the people tending and the community there with you is friendly, accepting, and very much come-as-you-are. By far my favorite spot in Louisville.
Ambiance and service was top notch when we stopped by on a quiet and sunny Sunday afternoon to take advantage of their ample outdoor seating. This really is a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon outside with friends and family playing games and chatting. The only thing missing here in my opinion is a good IPA. The sours, lagers and heffs are all great but the IPA's are just lacking something. I sampled the DIPA, AIPA and their Hazy and they were just, meh. Idk not a deal...
