5 Star to 3. Bad customer service experience. I did not feel welcome and it was not enjoyable paying for my food. No Thank You or appreciation for my business. I will now be going to another location so don’t worry you won’t have to deal with me getting 1 sandwich again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Very nice staff--a pleasure to interact with. Also Jimmy John's is the only sandwich place I know of that offers lettuce wraps (called the unwich here lol) instead of dry gluten-free bread as the only GF option

24 minute wait for a sandwich after I ordered, broken soda machine (that they insisted was working) after I’d already paid for a soda, and two hairs in my sandwich. Enough said.

My sandwich, Philly Cheese Steak, was delicious.. Just not happy with the higher price for it).. But if you're willing to pay.. It was pretty darn good, tasty, delicious, hot ect 10/2024.

GRR! I Stopped coming to this location due to bad customer service from the supervisor on a bad order. I have to give credit to owner for paying attention to his reviews because, he responds. I got on the phone with him, such a pleasant man! He offered to resolve it by replacing sandwhich, however, I wasn't looking for free food OR to go bacback to this location. FINALLY decided to go back if that same supervisor was not there. So I would call ahead to check. If he was there I didn't order...not doing revenge service, thank you. So I caught him not there and ordered, the owner had great advice order the liquids on the side to avoid soggy bread or their over use of liquids. Took the risk today, ordered vinegar on the side and add mayo. They added mayo and still put vinegar on sandwhich. SO they seen add mayo but didnt see sauce on the side?!? Problem is you can give me another sandwhich all you want to correct it but points and coupons are already gone and they cant replace them. So iF your big on collecting points this double grrs the situation!!. Owner; order took place Sunday 9/1 at 2:44. Staff needs another talking to!

The food is always amazing, and the service is always above and beyond, the younger girl with brown hair behind the counter today I've seen a few times and she always has a smile, always asks me and the people around how there day is and makes a effort to greet everyone, all the staff always great and makes sure your satisfied and treated well!

All 3 brain cells that were behind that counter still had a vast incapability of putting meat on bread.No ambition or care goes into the construction of your sandwhich. It was almost as if I sold part of my soul for this very poor quality sandwich.these guys ruined Jersey mikes for me. Customer of 10 years. Gone.

Best sandwiches, best people behind the counter ! Always fresh and the folks are so nice! Highly recommend!!! This particular jersey mikes in Louisville is far better than the others. I have been to all of them in the area. No comparison. Very nice outside area as well.

Always mess up my order, make sure they don’t and you’ll be okay.For example the last 3 times i’ve been i’ve got a Club Supreme sandwich that comes with bacon and i’ve gotten bacon a total of 0 times, i also get rosemary parm bread everytime and they only give it to me maybe every 3 times i go, i keep going back because it’s the only JMikes near me, hope they see this and do better :(

The food is always great. At this location specifically however, the employees are flat out rude. I called to make sure my order was placed correctly and was treated very poorly over the phone. It’s no different when you go in. Awful customer service.
