This is out third time to eat at John's table in the last 6 months. Its casual with a good vibe and pretty good food. We enjoyed the queso appetizer and the Philly cheese steak sandwich was delicious. The metal chairs could be a little more comfortable but we will keep coming back.

This place has the potential to be your great place. The service was agonizingly slow. And the staff appeared to have very hostile attitude when they noticed that we were frustrated because the service was so slow. We will never be coming back. Which is sad as a newer restaurant you would think they would be more attentive.

Horrible service. Ordered drinks and didn’t come back for 30 minutes to order food. Had to ask for waitress to come and wait another 5 minutes. Drink selection is minimal and CO2 is set way too high. Crosses this place off our list of company gatherings. Workers all have attitudes and seems they don’t like each other. Go somewhere else.

My partner and I went here for lunch today and it was a fantastic experience! We sat outside on the patio and our server was super friendly. We each got the Climbers bowl which was flavorful and delicious. We will definitely be back for more items on the menu because it was hard to choose which dish to try today!

Thank you to John’s Table for being a beautiful memorial spot to celebrate the life of my brother. You all were so kind considering what the event was, the food was amazing and everyone felt well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to host us. Highly recommend for the food, the service and for an event space.
My favorite restaurant!!!! The best grilled cheese and tomato soup I have ever had. John’s burger was also one of my favorite burgers I have ever experienced. The steak fries are so delicious as well. The atmosphere is incredible and the food is even better. The staff is inviting and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

I don’t leave reviews on restaurants often, but I have to say I was searching for a lunch spot while my daughter was playing a volleyball tournament and a long break between games.
John’s table staff was amazing and I have to say by far one of the best prime rib phillys I have ever had. This is truly a hidden gem in Louisville.
