These guys used to be a weekend staple when my kids were playing hockey, but now they've lost their got dang minds. $4.50 for a plain glazed donut? My daughter dropped in to grab a dozen for old times sake since her brother was in town and 9 regular and 2 special donuts was almost $50! For flour, sugar, yeast and water? Yes, they are usually very good donuts, but to add insult to injury, she couldn't get there until 1 o'clock and several of the donuts had wet glaze and were gross. That's on her for not noticing in the store I guess, but still, charging $4.50 for something like that is ludicrous.
So long Lamar's. You are indeed a great donut, but not worth the cost.

These donuts are my favorite but one single donut is $3 now! So they've become a special occasion donut purchase instead of a daily donut purchase.

Great selection. Very friendly staff. Overly sweet donuts though. Sweeter than most classic American donut shops I’ve been to.

The donuts here are delicious and the prices are right. The other Lamar's over charge by $10+dollars a dozen so this is the place to go for a great donut at a fair price.

They are always out of many items by early afternoons.
Their excuse has always been that they were busy that day!
Logic dictates that when you sell more, you should make more. However, Lamar's Donuts lacks this logic!
We will not go there again.
